Remember when driving a car was something special, when driving meant you drove standard, and used arm/hand signals for turning and stops? Do you really remember driving a stick shift, if we all drove standards now, there would be less driving distracted by a cell phones or a morning cuppa java.
Do you remember the hood ornament and what it was for?
There was not always a ready solution, we had to find inventive ways to get goods from one place to another.
You might not have been around, but you heard of or know of this period in time. (the 70’s) Life does move on, and with the changes come what the older generation refer to as nostalgia or memories of………… fill in the blanks.
At any age, we can reflect on what was, and often we reference past events to look at our present realities. However.. where the past has perhaps had some influence, you have assimilated and processed life at your own pace/speed. In Perfect Liberty, “Life is Art”, to live the PL “Way” you learn to live in the present. Now is the reality of everyday life. Learn from today, and move on. focus on true feelings. The past becomes your present, its all good… yes! =^_^=

My Dad drove a Studebaker. Memories and experience is great. It is a very secure feeling when we base our present actions on our past learning. Sometimes we do have to take the road solo and use the “Road Less travelled” but we are nevere really alone.
