I hope you all have had a wonderful week-end. If you are in Canada, specifically in the Province of Ontario, it is a long week-end, tomorrow is a holiday. We had lovely weather, albeit it snowed… it was sunny and milder.. great weather for the outdoor enthusiasts. However no matter the weather, it is important to get out and get fresh air. The weather forecasters have been saying that we (in this neck of the world) COULD have unseasonably milder weather for end of February and into March. I’m considering bringing out a deck chair so that I can sit and just enjoy the weather. Even if it snows.. why not? Unless it turns bitterly cold again.. I think this is going to be a serious consideration. What do you say? Join me?

I have trouble sitting still. But I do want it to warm up more. I’m really getting to want to go running outdoors again.
why can’t you.. I see runners here out running and its COLD here.. you could go snowshoeing?
I’m all for getting outside as much as possible in winter – so good for us, body, mind and soul!
