With the extreme heat and humidity… its been a time to retreat to find places where it is cool, inviting and refreshing. Even friends who usually love and can’t get enough of the warm sunny days, are taking a break from being outdoors. Be safe. if you need to be outdoors, drink a lot of water, stay hydrated. Enjoy mini breaks in the shade, pace yourself. Even the animals, they wander and forage early, so they can retire to the safety of their dens/homes.. when the heat takes hold.

I don’t know Eliza, you can dress up for the cold, but you can only take off so much, and with the biting squad, you have to stay dressed, not leave any skin bare for them to get at.. waves… hugs
