Perhaps the rain today is here to help rinse more of the dust and grime from the patio. I cleared it yesterday, actually finally tackled the corner where the outdoor storage items had been over winter. Took down and put away the winter decorations/plants.. and actually made time to just sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Wow. what a concept. relaxing in a lounge chair.. feet up and doing absolutely nothing but listen to the crows and other birds go about their activities. I even went out again after having dinner… and just lay there listening to the sounds from the courtyard
The fresh air, the relaxation… … I actually came in and went to bed for an early night.. my cellphone had been off, I turned it off when I went to church in the morning and totally forgot to turn it back on.
I actually survived the day/night without a phone… will wonders never cease!
