Sometimes we have to listen to the silence… let the mind rest…. we tend to always be on the go….
Noticing all our feelings – positive, negative and neutral – can help bring a sense of freedom.

note if you are coming south on Vanier Parkway and follow it to Bank, you can not turn left at Bank…!! construction has it that you may need to drive all the way past Bronson before you can turn right! I ended up on Riverside.
I can no longer sit like this for hours on end, but I can still sit. and. Sometimes I simply lie back on a deck chair and watch the clouds.
Try it. You might like it. No cell phone, no music, just you and the sky!
Come on… let that shoulder tension go…. imagine being out under that beautiful blue sky… hear the birds off in the distance. Smell that early morning wisp of air that is gently tousling your hair…
Today is a brand new day. Enjoy!

Past – Present – Future
Today – Tomorrow -Yesterday
When was the last time you danced your cares away?
or spent times, just whiling the time away.
I’ve taken to spending time doing “nothing” just listening to the world happen around me. Start with 5 minutes a day and work your way to 10- 15…. its so easy, and simple to do… yet…the challenge is to do it!
daytime, night time make time for YOU

When the winds are so strong you find that your fence gave in to the force. We call this “kamuwaza” (God’s Act)
It happens, you accept it, and deal with it. no more, no less.
Obviously it is time to repair and rebuild.
Life happens, how we accept and deal with the “opportunities” that is on us,

How often do you reach the cross road… do you automatically go right, or do you take the trail less travelled?
Treasure each moment in time
Life is a continuation of “now”. Treasure each and every moment as it comes, so that you can live your life as fully as possible without regrets.
