note if you are coming south on Vanier Parkway and follow it to Bank, you can not turn left at Bank…!! construction has it that you may need to drive all the way past Bronson before you can turn right! I ended up on Riverside.

silence

I can no longer sit like this for hours on end, but I can still sit. and. Sometimes I simply lie back on a deck chair and watch the clouds.

Try it. You might like it. No cell phone, no music, just you and the sky!

Come on… let that shoulder tension go…. imagine being out under that beautiful blue sky… hear the birds off in the distance. Smell that early morning wisp of air that is gently tousling your hair…

Today is a brand new day. Enjoy!

today

Past – Present – Future

Today – Tomorrow -Yesterday

When was the last time you danced your cares away?

or spent times, just whiling the time away.

I’ve taken to spending time doing “nothing” just listening to the world happen around me. Start with 5 minutes a day and work your way to 10- 15…. its so easy, and simple to do… yet…the challenge is to do it!

daytime, night time make time for YOU

kanwaza

When the winds are so strong you find that your fence gave in to the force. We call this “kamuwaza” (God’s Act)

It happens, you accept it, and deal with it. no more, no less.

Obviously it is time to repair and rebuild.

Life happens, how we accept and deal with the “opportunities” that is on us,

PL Precept # 4 Being annoyed limits your expression.

PL Precept # 5 One’s Self is lost by being emotional.

Weather good, feel like fence building?

Saturday

How often do you reach the cross road… do you automatically go right, or do you take the trail less travelled?

Friday

Morphologically, trillium plants produce no true leaves or stems above ground. The “stem” is just an extension of the horizontal rhizome and produces tiny, scale like leaves (cataphylls). The above-ground plant is technically a flowering scape, and the leaf-like structures are bracts subtending the flower.(def. internet)

Take care of things as they come to your attention

When something comes to mind, it is a sign from God. Take care of whatever comes to mind right away.

a door

When is a door more than just a door – when it lets you in to somewhere you want to be, and closes to give you privacy. I’ve shown you these beauties before.. Was in Almonte the other day got to visit them again.

These doors lead to a place of spiritual growth and personal renewal.,

WE enter and leave through doors constantly ,. some we never give a second thought to… do we ever give thanks or show appreciation for the service they render … smiles… ok… just think about how many doors you encounter in every day of your amazing life. If you had a nickel for every door you have used in your lifetime to date… I think our piggy bank would be full to bursting.

Happy Thursday everyone. – Smile . . . let someone know you care….

Wisdom comes naturally when you are humble

You will stop growing if you have a conceited or boatful mind. Always remember to be humble.

Experience of the Joy of Change

It is truly amazing when you look back at yourself this year compared to last year, or today compared to yesterday, and realize how much you have improved and changed.
