“Discarded”? Or left at a thrift shop for someone to adopt and give a good home. Every thrift store should have a sign. “Inside are other people’s treasures. Items they loved too much to simply trash. They gave them to us in the hopes that someone else will adopt them an treasure them. And some day, maybe even pass the treasure along to another who needs the kindness added by everybody who has touched it.”
