Oyashikiri —- thought of you the other day.. I got a big bag of beets at Costco… too much for one person. I ate some and pickled the rest of what I kept.. gave 1/2 the bag to a friend…. i wondered.. hmmm what would Gail have done with the excess beets.. One can only eat so much in a couple of sittings.
