In the calm of the the silvery moonlight I lay… letting the silence wash over me,
there was only the gentle lapping of the waves
as they rolled gently over the shoreline before quietly slipping back into the vast expanse of night.
A little nothing time is so important, have you scheduled one for today? (call it zero time) Even if it is only 5, 10 minutes .. maybe even 3… just do it. schedule a mini break just for YOU. You will be amazed at how having these few mindful moments … a deep sigh, an intake of breath, hold it.. then slowly let it go. you are special, YOU deserve this time. think…. I am busy doing nothing... and smile.
Remember how you felt in the beginning. doing the same old thing monotonously without thought will stifle progress. When you get stuck, go back to the beginning and start fresh. (PL2015.14)
