

Freshly made wontons, brought home and made a wonderful soup. on the left, stock is being prepared with bone broth, mushrooms, onion, garlic, ginger, and fresh cut sweet onion, with corn cut from the cob. I used part of the wontons for lunch, then the last of the wontons I made another soup for dinner.
Today the 21st. we celebrate Thanksgiving (Day of Appreciation) service at 10a.m. Japanese Curry on rice after!!

I had a Tibetan friend who made momos, a type of dumpling. They were so good. Sadly, she moved away and no more momos. 😦
I here you.. I used to make them years ago… now I’m lazy, I get them ready made.. or like in this instance, they were gifted.
