You can run, you can hide, but you can never escape the nattering of your mind. Ignoring it won’t make it go a way. ……………………………………………………… deal with it …………………..it is your only hope!

Find a place you are comfortable with, where you can be alone with your thoughts, and just let them come .. accept that the thoughts will drift in and out.. and let them.. pay attention to where the tension is in your body and … try to just RELAX… if you are not used to it.. you will have to take a deep breath, hold it.. then let it go… do it a few times… it works.

You are worth giving your SELF 5 – 10 minutes of TIME OUT…. from outside pressures and noise.
