Express Yourself Freely, Without Hesitation

Two great guys, traveling companions to Japan, My journey would not have been the same without them. I was traveling with their parents who I have come to know and love dearly.
This was really my first exposure for any length of time to these two gems. They took a ton of pictures which I can’t wait to see, it was so interesting to see Japan through their eyes. What interested them and how spontaneously they reacted and lived each moment in true PL fashion.

Both Seita and Waku were traveling to Japan to do “misasage”, (volunteer work at the training) and work they did once we arrived. They could fall asleep at the drop of a hat, and be awake and present in an instant.
Their sense of humour was their own, it was fun to watch and be part of their antics.
They were caring, responsible and simply a joy to spend time with.

There were many lessons & great moments during my pilgrimage to the Holy Land, these two young men were part of what made the journey so special.

When we appreciate the people in our lives, and everything that comes our way. We experience a deeper joy in life.

On a quiet day

On a quiet day

Along the winding banks of a gentle waterway
I slowly made my way
taking in the ambiance and history
while listening to the cicadas sing away
soon, it would be time to leave this hideaway
part of me wants to stay
I feel so ” at home”  here
PL(Perfect Liberty) is my way
the only “Way”,  to all that I hold dear
back home now, that yesterday
is so very much a part of my today,

Now Forever and Always, I will live the PL Way! …  Q …

Welcome each new day with renewed appreciation,
step forward with a feeling of love and peace in your heart

Love filled blessings to you dear readers, may your day be as blessed as mine.

Let’s Be In Tune With the Times

Let's Be In Tune With the Times

We live in a world that is rapidly changing with the times. Let’s continue to keep up with the evolving trends of society and strive to broaden our horizons. >PL teaching day 16<  Let’s Be in Tune With the Times.

Remember the cherries I talked of earlier. A friend came by this evening and harvested  a big container so she can enjoy them with friends and family. It is thanks the modern way of communicating (e-mail) that we connected again  Sharing brings pleasure.. This blog is extending out to everyone who happens by in virtual space, allowing for new friendships to take seed and grow.

I thank each and everyone of you who drop by and visit, and take the time to give feedback by clicking on the like button or better still, start to follow along on this magical journey.  Happiness can be addictive =^_^=
Living a Life of Art,(PL) does not only encompass you, but it affects a multitude of people around you as well..

Let’s Be in Tune With the Times -together we will grow and travel along the spiritual path to Perfect Liberty!

People Grow by Being Praised and Applauded by Others

People Grow by Being Praised and Applauded by Others

When people recognize your accomplishments and celebrate with you, you become even more enthusiastic and want to do better. Always remember the importance of applauding others’ efforts. – PL lesson, day 7-

PL Principle # 3 I will live with a mind of appreciation
towards others and things.

“The appreciation of life does not require wealth or plenty. It requires only gratitude for the beauty of the world” Deng Ming-Dao

Let’s First Accept and Appreciate Things as They Are

PL teaching day 25 > Let’s First Accept and Appreciate things as They Are. Even when dealing with someone you don’t like or when you are facing an uncomfortable situation, take a moment to first accept whatever comes your way.  There is always something that you can learn from these situations.  Let’s First Accept and Appreciate Things as They Are.

There is a pure essence of innocence in all of  us. When we were children our actions were not to achieve for  some ulterior motive, we simply acted on our intuition.  Today looking in a mirror and seeing myself  in an outfit that hugged my figure, I realized that I had to be more accepting of my outline, and  appreciate my healthy body. Looking in the mirror, reminded me of a story recently published in the Portuguese newsletter (Jornal Perfeita Liberdade) from Brazil, (Feb.2013 issue) no matter how many times I feel a lesson has been learned, looking in a mirror, brings home a very NOW reality.  Even as a child, I found reason to complain about how I looked.  Self perception is a lesson that I will likely be working on for many moons to come.

PL teaches that when we are puzzled or at a standstill in regards to a particular issue, a spontaneous method (listening to our intuition) could lead to a highly creative and original solution (new way of seeing something)  Act without guile and do not attack the problem directly, Let’s First Accept and Appreciate Things as They Are.
