Excessive heat, days of it… We have had wild fires all over the place. Close enough that there have been weather warnings for days now. Yesterday the air was so polluted that Ottawa made the # 1 city for the worst air pollution in a world survey. It was not easy breathing, especially if prone to allergies, or other health problems that affected breathing and lungs. the air quality warning is still in place. Please be careful if you need to go out..

I have never seen the air quality as bad as it has been these past few days. Waves a happy greeting your way. trying curry pasta for lunch. Had not seen that before.
I’ve had curry and I’ve had pasta. Never both in the same dish. Tell me how you like it. 😋🌿🍝
l had not seen this before, it is pasta that is a light brown in colour and is labelled curry (flavour).. it is cooked the same way as regular pasta, in this instance I made an olive oil, fresh garlic and (fillets) anchovies (light sauce) to toss it in. My first time to use a flavoured pasta. Usually I just use a regular spaghettini… it was ok, anchovy is a strong flavour on its own.. and it was the anchovy and garlic that had hooked my taste buds.
On occasion, I’ve used flavored pastas and found them a nice change from the ordinary.
