Hi Gail, yesterday coming home I took a long way around so I could take in all the colour, having 4 seasons is such a joy! Trust you are enjoying a great October! The coolness in the air, had me buying pork hocks yesterday and doing an old fashion, all day simmering soup… that’ll enjoy over the next few days… used winter melon in it and those red carrots that seem to be in vogue right now.
Sounds delicious! I put a pork loin in the slow cooker and made quesabirria tacos, chimichangas, and taquitos. Yum! 🌮🫔🌯
