I understand that the States is in for some terrible weather for the rest of the week? Certainly what happened in Texas is awful… I do hope you are spared the nasty weather they are forecasting.. They are saying more snow for us, but we are used to winters, our city services run like well oiled machines….knock on wood.. =^_^= throws some star dust into the air and blows it your way.

I was a tad shocked that the powers that be, had nothing in place to deal with the situation.
It feels like some variation of this happens every year. There is abnormally bad weather and some system isn’t prepared for it. Several years ago Boston’s metro system inexplicably failed due to heavy snow. This is New England; it snows!
