It’s true, under the blue sky I saw the golden glow of the leaves, waving from the tree across the church yard. In the morning, when I left home, I could feel the briskness in the early morning air.
The Chinese lanterns are showing their happy faces in the flower beds in front of the church.
I admit to a wee bit of happy anticipation of the weeks to come. The changing season… summer to fall… is a natural “high” for me. I love watching Mother Nature begin her creative colouring of the environment.. she does it gradually, first with a hint of colour, and a drop in the temperature of the playful breeze that tosses your hair. Some evenings the nip in the air means… time for long sleeves.
PL Precept # 18 Each moment is a turning point.
Can’t you just hear that crackle in a toasty fireplace?
