Interacting Proactively

When you hear” Let’s interact Proactively”,  what comes to mind?  There is a lesson in PL, that with society changing as rapidly as it is, we have to keep our eyes and mind in tune to the changes and learn to deal with them proactively.  I agree, however in my daily meditations, I find that there are times when I struggle to be proactive with mySELF.  I underlined, read and reread a sentence once that began “Come back home to yourself” during an especially difficult time in my life,  To this day, I pray for the strength to remain true to the belief that I am where I am meant to be, and to give thanks for getting this far. I will accept and surrender to my present moments, the difficult ones, and the easy ones. LOL and here is the biggie for me… I will stop trying to control the process.…..I will trust in the process.….  I will be proactive with the guiding light of God.

Many blessings on this wonderful day, may you find joy and sunshine, today, tomorrow and always.   Oyashikiri

self responsibility

I first heard that term in a book by Melody Beattie, The language of Letting Go. Its been a lesson that I’ve had to work on for most of my adult life.

Being responsible, owning what you do, and the situations you find yourself in.

Learning to face situations head on, learning to focus on the moment.  If we do this, and truly believe in our passion, a path will open up.  You will find a way to be comfortable with where you are, and what you are feeling.  Each moment is a new creation to be savored and experienced fully.  Embrace the healing presence of God within us.  Quietly and with a new zest for life, we open our minds to rich new ideas.  ideas, that help us give of ourselves, our talents and our resources.  God is life itself.  Through the presence of God within, the old washes away, everything is new again.  PL Precept #1 – Life is Art..   every day is a new beginning.

Happy Saturday everyone!

Daily we are given directions or a nudge by the Universe, do we see them, do we act on them, or do we simply walk on by without really experiencing the moment.  Let us let us learn to express ourselves freely.  We are able to experience the joy of being creative because we have the framework of  laws, morals and rules to follow.

PL Precept #3   God appears through One’s Self.

PL Principle #1  I will live paying careful attention, putting Makoto (sincerity) into all I say and do.

Interior silence – the inner stillness t which meditation/prayer leads, is where the “spirit” secretly anoints the soul and heals our deepest wounds. (John of the cross)

May God’s richest blessings continue in abundance for you today.     Oyashikiri

Today’s PL lesson, is a very valuable one, one that is not always the easiest to accomplish, but our exercise is to do our best  to work towards this goal.  Leave the past in the past!  When we are mindful and present in our every moment, we are blessed with a the richness of the moment.  We get to savor the full impact of living in the moment.

PL Precept #18   Each Moment is a Turning Point

Always pray for the happiness  of others and society – Blessings everyone- bring your positive energy into the world today!  Oyashikiri

Burnout and beyond

inspirational-quotes-inspiring-sayings-sugar-ray-robinson

Let love in. many of us, get so caught up in work, and life that we forget how important love is in our lives.  We forget the little things, we loose touch with a part of our inner selves.  We stop listening to our bodies, we don’t eat properly, or we fixate on how and what we eat, we are always looking out at the world, directing our attention to activities that take us “away” from our selves, and often those closest to us.  Then one day we wake up feeling dispirited and exhausted and wonder what happened.  We didn’t even see it coming.

How often have we heard the cliché/expression – Stop and Smell the Roses…  sometimes ill-health or something tragic has to happen before we stop to face our “demons”.  Let us take steps to avoid a burnout, or if you are in one, let’s take the step that moves us beyond the moment into a  “new day” and into a new exhilerating adventure.  Value those who are near to you, and most of all, value yourSELF.  Recognize the person you are, if you are having trouble with that and you belong to a church, speak with your minister, in  PL our ministers are trained and always available 24/7 to help

Through consultation given by PL ministers you receive personal guidance tailored to your individual character and situation, We each one of us has our own unique personality and lifestyle, happiness is built by establishing wishes and goals, and then working towards achieving them in our daily lives.

Be open to the impossible!  It is hard to think outside the box when we are stuck inside the box.. be  “aware” new doors are always opening in front of us.

Have a great day everyone, the sun is shining here and it is COLD -28 or some silly number like that.  But sharing with you, always wraps me in sunshine.    Oyashikiri

Intuition

Do you value your intuition?

Do you act on your intuition?

When a thought pops into your mind, do you suddenly have that ahh HA! moment, in Pl we believe that it is a nudge from a Higher Power…. God is sending a message.  We hear so often “act on your gut instinct”  don’t hesitate, usually your first choice is the right one.  Have “faith”, do it, make that decision, or make that move.  Life is NOW, we really don’t know what tomorrow will bring…  if you miss it, it can’t be replayed, or relived.

Feel the JOY of being in the NOW….. Let Go and Live.   Oyashikiri

Blessings to you and yours, today, tomorrow and always.

Feeling a little off these days

Feel like you have eyes in your back! Worried you stepped on a crack! Whoaaa, wonder who has your back!
Such days are part of life, we all get them. The trick is to be able to recognize that its just a moment in time, it will pass. A quick pick me up is time spent with God. A visit to the church for a quite moment in a dedicated place of worship. If that is not possible, then sit somewhere, anywhere, and close your eyes. Take a nice long deep breath in, hold it for the count of 3 and then slowly exhale.. Feel your shoulders and facial muscles relax, your eyelids will want to remain closed. Allow yourself to do it one more time, and you will notice your head will start to slowly lean forward. SMILE… You’ve just shared with a higher power. It feels so good and oh so right. Oyashikiri

Repeat after me =^_^=

Even if you don’t have what you need, you will find a way.  Be creative in your efforts.  If you fixate on what you don’t have, You will never be blessed with wisdom and way to solve your problems. Think creatively to get past any obstacles in your way .Often the Universe steps in and forces a slow down, or a rest that we don’t take time for.  the things that come into our lives, including people and circumstances, happen regardless of what we would prefer, or what is convenient for us.  Nature has a sense of humor that is all her own. =^_^= we, (human beings) are born with the ability to experience pain so that we can avoid pushing our bodies beyond natural limits.  Do we listen?

PL Percept # 18   Each moment is a turning point.

Good morning everyone…. have a positive and happy day!   Oyashikiiri…….

Changes

imagesIt isn’t always easy to accept changes in our lives – Yet the world around us is constantly changing.  Take on the challenging and new experiences as materials for self expression.

Your path will open up if you accept, and let go.  The garden statue sits through the seasons, enduring  and patient.  As he/she weathers and ages, his/her newness disappears and is replaced by a mantle of character that is all his/her own.

Our lives are a  tapestry woven of both mistakes and successes.  -(Tao)

To be fully human is to know resignation.   (Ta0)

Let there be love on Earth

!cid_4_1770918552@web160903_mail_bf1_yahoo

Let there be love on earth and let it begin with me  – Let there be love on earth, the love that was meant to be

With God ever present, family all are we – Let us walk with each other in perfect harmony..

Let Love begin with me, let this be the moment now = With every breath I take, let this be my joyous vow

To take each moment and live each moment in love eternally – Let there be love on earth and let it begin with me!
