Because it is within those differences where and when we find the beauty. As a painting is made up of many different brush strokes, each important in the completion of the artwork. So are each individual, their thoughts, feelings and other differences, important in the completion of the artistic piece of life.
Normal is definitely relative because it requires a point of comparison.
