When you wait for something to arrive, and when it does, hello.. it was damaged enroute. You salvage what you can .. and you move along.
Things start happening the moment you decide. From the moment you decide “I’m going to do something” things begin to happen. Ride your initial wave of enthusiasm to get things done efficiently.

Hello. look what a friend introduced me to! We were talking about conservation areas, our dogs, just catching up … When I was shown a picture of the family dogs, I noticed her backyard was different from what I know to be backyards here where I live. Oh, yes, we are in the “high desert” she said, that is the Garden of the Gods you see in the background. Then she sent me the link to the web page for the Nature Park. Colorado! I have seen pictures in the past taken when other friends have holidayed there… however.. let me tell you… I book marked the page, and I will be going back to look at the stunning vistas again.
How easy it is to forget that there is so much in life to be explore and experienced. I would love to experience actually seeing those beautiful animals myself. Or taking in what looks like crisp dry air. I love my four seasons here in Canada, but that park sure looks like it would be fascinating to explore.
Treasure those fleeting inspirations. The time to seize an opportunity is when you first notice it. Good timing is crucial to working efficiently.

Whether you like or dislike something, give it a try. Instead of avoiding something because it’s complicated or difficult to understand, just give it a try. Then you will be able to find it interesting.

Life is full of challenges, it is like a bouquet of roses.. such beauty, but under the leaves.. beware. All good when we stay “aware/present”.. if we let our attention wander and just poke and grab.. could be an ooohh ouch that happens.
Do things in moderation. Whenever you overdo something, you will lose balance in your life. Express yourself appropriately without being overly attached or detached.

For Thursday doors I thought to bring you two very different buildings. Not only in purpose but detail, yet.. in some ways they are similar. Both doors lead to structures that house very different purposes. Same applies to people, we all look different, yet, we are all the same, our outer expression is different. But we all have hopes and dreams, we love, we cry, we feel loneliness, and we rejoice in happiness while feeling the pain of loss when around us there is chaos.

Face each moment, each place with a fresh outlook. If you handle a situation with preconceived notions or prejudices, your judgement will be clouded Take on each situation with a blank slate, as if seeing it for the first time.
