Love doesn’t drop on you unexpectedly; you have to give off signals, sort of like an amateur radio operator.

close your eyes, take in every piece of what I am, then close your eyes and memorize where each piece of me flows from me to you…. eventually, with time, we will fall away, turning to dust and be blown away… Q

Don’t give up! Stick with it, as many times as it takes. Sometimes you want to just throw in the towel and say, “I give up” but that’s the time for you to dig deep and push through. Your sincere effort will invite a good outcome

The other day I had parked the car.. gotten out.. wanted to stretch my legs. People are not out and about. I had the empty road pretty much to myself. I was enjoying the moment when I was pulled from my daydreaming by the sound of birds on a mission.
There was no stopping them, they had clear blue skies, the temperature was mild and filled with a promise of a new season.. Babe they were flying high, and loving it. I realized how lucky I was to be out there in the fresh air,the warm sun lazily teasing me out of my jacket… Living life is a beautiful awesome feeling. Do not squander your days/nights…
No one can take away the joy you get from putting your whole heart into something. The joy you feel when you’ve put your all into something is yours and yours alone. Nobody can take that away from you.

Stoic faces, each face different,
each set of eyes
telling a different story
caught between two energies
each side tells a different story
where they meet, a lot is gathered
the degree of togetherness is
different every inch of the way
remnants of the past, etch deep scars
some smooth, others are jagged from
constant ups and downs. ragged,
chipped. and. splintered.
I like it.
someone wrote me a poem once
said I was a poem..
this might be me
if I was a poem
Not meant to make sense
