We are already in November, the gift giving season will soon be on us. have you changed from the witching month yet. In the States, the next big holiday will be Thanksgiving. On my wish list of things to do, was to visit Oomomo (Japan Living) in the Markham area of Toronto. I can now cross this item off my “TO DO” list . Since my last visit to Japan, where I frequented the Daiso store there … I wanted to once again, wander the aisle and be back in that wonderful store. It was a good feeling to know that I had accomplished one of my “want to do” items. I was tired, yes, and it was challenging to me at times, but, I did it!!!!
Begin each day with a renewed sense of appreciation.

When autumn leaves begin to fall there is a lot of raking up to do. It never ceases to amaze me that when they fall, they don’t get up… nor do they do blow away. They just wait to be picked up. One year I raked them towards the trees and thought to leave them to mulch.. good idea, but it doesn’t happen that way… in the spring, I was left with a real wet mess to clean up. I have been dutifully doing a bag here and a bag there.. but just as I think I have cleared a good portion…. another batch falls from above. The maple has pretty much done its shedding, but the magnolia is still waving its leaves taunting me… c’est la vie… it will happen when it happens. (.. the leaves are so dry they crinkle and crackle when picked up.. notice that crisp smell they can emit. !! . now that is a pleasant surprise when you get a whiff ! )
There will always be a way

With the witching month came a wave of creative energy that needed to be expressed. I took Asia (one of my characters) and gave her a make over, then let her explore. She wandered away into an area she obviously had no business being in….
the plot thickens. I hope to continue with her journey on Flickr.
