The first time I saw this artist, I was in awe, I had never seen anyone work in sand that way. Today I once again found it in my mailbox and thought to share it with you. Kseniya Simonova was on Ukraine’s Got Talent. The upload to YouTube was done in June 2009
“In the semi-final of «Ukraine’s got talent», Kseniya Simonova was going to perform a sand story about the Great Patriotic War which she created in the memory of fallen soldiers who saved her country Ukraine from the Nazi. Kseniya refused the proposals of the producers to choose a more popular theme. She said: «I just want to bring some immortal sense to this show. Not just pictures or video clips. Something close to all hearts… It was also a tribute to my great-grandfather who heroically died in 1943 defending his Motherland». The sand story Simonova presented in live TV shooting of the semi-final was called «You are always nearby». It was an 8-minute live sand story of a young couple who were separated by the war. The young Lady and little Son were waiting for the Man to come from war, but he was killed. In the end he came to their window and watched them with a sight of love and hope. There was not a single emotion on the face of the performer. Simonova’s hands worked incredibly fast. Nobody knew what was going on in her soul. From the interview of Simonova: «It was so emotionally hard, and I now still cannot think about those minutes without pain… My hands were dyeing and reviving making the images.» Kseniya was hoping to get a little advertisement for her as an artist, but it turned an emotional bomb explosion. Almost the entire audience was in tears. Applause came down just after a minute after she finished her performance. Everyone in the hall applauded standing. Kseniya passed the semi-final and passed the final of the contest. In the third round, at Final, the sand story of Kseniya was about parents who gave birth to a son, the son has grown up, became successful and adult and forgot his old parents. Kseniya wanted the children to remember their father and mother — people who gave them lives — and call them. The resonance was enormous — people came to her in streets saying: «After watching your story, I took the phone and called my mom. I haven’t talk to for her a year. I called my mom after your story. Thank you very much! » Simonova said that these words were more than winning the show. During the interview with the judges in super-final, she said: «I’m not sure I want to win the show. But if a single person who didn’t call his Mom, will do it after my sand story — I will be more than a Winner!» the performance..Call your parents. ‘Don’t be late to see your parents alive.'”
Sometimes we need to simply BE
To relax, listen, and drift
Our mind allowed to coast along waves of music that take us to another realm..
Join me today in a silent meditation…
Let the ambient sounds clear and cleanse your tired and weary spirit…
Follow along, enjoy the peace and tranquility..
Now and always..

We have life today because of the ancestors that came before us. Utilize the Makoto )sincerity left by your ancestors to live today to the fullest.
Haga valer en el presente el Makoto de sus antepasados. (Spanish)
O hoje existe gracas aos antepassados. (Portuguese)
Love translates into any language, it is easy to forget as we ourselves age, that our elders have lived and experienced the same joys and sorrows over their lifetime. Try not to squander your days and nights on actions or non actions that you may at a later time come to regret.
Never forget to express love and appreciation to those in your life that matter.
Chinese Moon Gates, symbolize gateways, passage ways to a mystical “beyond”… their architecture in gardens had them so one could see the full moon, and enjoy the vista beyond. Some day we will all cross over the threshold of today, and when we do we will be ancestors to those we have left behind.
By increasing the feeling of appreciation to your ancestors, your life will be more enriched.
And remember to do your best to smile, sharing a cheerful smile and expression makes everyone around you happy.
Realize tudo com um sorriso!
Irradie su entorno con sonrissas y expresiones alegres.

Sometimes I just want to share with you,
Thank you for spending time with me today. There are times when there are so many feelings and thoughts in my mind, I know that its best to just let someone else speak. =^_^=
Do you use the I Ching, if you are familiar with the Book of Changes, you may like myself find it to be a wonderful guide when you come to a crossroad … and are pondering which direction to go. Often I just know and instinctively “I follow my nose” as the expression goes. Today, these are the words I read “you come face to face with the perpetrator of wrong thinking. Circumstances are such that you can effortlessly seize control of the situation. Proceed carefully. It is dangerous to attempt or abolish an old and ingrained pattern all at once..”

Good Morning Everyone….
Time to hit the road, time to travel along a route not followed before. Finding the secondary roads that will lead past delightful vistas that will please the visual senses. There was a time when cars did not have air conditioning, we drove with the windows down. We could smell the various odours our climate brings to our faculties that carry the “notes” to the brain. The heat on the dusty roads, the vegetation parched waiting for rain, or the moisture from the lake wafting up so that for the seconds we pass, we smell the algae, hear the frogs, even see fish leaping out of the water, depending on how close we were to t he water’s edge. How different our rides were, we seldom went by water on a hot day without seeing boats, and people near or on the water participating in water activities. Enjoying the outdoors was what the summer days were all about.
Now it just isn’t the same, super highways and main roads take us away from the populated areas, and when we do pass playgrounds, picnic areas, and lakes, often they are void of people. Where is everyone, and what are they doing? Not only that often when we drive by farmland, I’m saddened to see bare grazing land, and often scenes like this.
and this, I can’t help but wonder at what the building was like in another time, and how full of laughter, tears and sorrows must have transpired for it to now be but a memory.
Let us start today dear friends, to live with our best intentions to make this a week a time to remember. Lets say thank you and show appreciation for the people who are close to us. Give thanks for the moments shared as we make our way on this road of life. It is our journey and we are never alone.
In response to your requests, here are a couple of toe tappers =^_^= and I do agree with you all, no matter your personal beliefs, the words and feelings of these tunes leave you JOYFUL ..

Having attended at blues concert the other night,my mind is still tripping through the various emotions and feelings that played through the night. The DJ had a tremendous knowledge of the music he played and he knew how to blend and knit the sounds so smoothly that you were drawn in almost immediately to his web. The DJ was one, SkyRider Sicling he plays nothing but the blues, down home southern blues. His partner is Butterflyrose, (owner of Sweet Magnolias) together they bring the house down. I will be reporting more on them at a later time.
What DJ Sky brought to me, were sound vibrations, that vibrated and sang through me like a massage that started inside and worked its way through out my body,( as the song goes), to higher and higher planes of personal ecstacy. If you are a music lover, what ever style you connect with, you know what I mean. This DJ has a talent for weaving a spell with his selections. that is an art form. Many other’s have a talent with music and can put together a good play list, This is not what this DJ does, he knows his music so well, that he can actually work the songs into a total experience that encapsulate you in his web. Compare the difference of going to the movies, and going to an Imax theatre.
His music may not be your style, but you appreciate the blues in anyway shape or form, you owe it to yourself to hear this man’s performances. I am told he does a gospel hour on Sundays, I have yet to attend or hear what he does with Gospel, but you can believe me when I say, as soon as I can get to one of his Gospel presentations, I’ll be there.
In life, we all face difficulties / challenges, and how we deal with them always involves choices. Sometimes we make good choices, and other times, we don’t quiet hit the mark. I’ve learned that if I am faced with a choice, its because I have a lesson to learn. Whatever that lesson is, it is mine, I own it. When you own the choices you make in life, when you look at problems as opportunities for growth. You have no regrets… life is good. Another door opens.
Blessings everyone! happy start to the week-end. Oyashikiri

How often do we think there are not enough hours in a a day…
How often do we think, if only I had done . xyz….. the outcome would have been different….
If only, this had happened, then blah blah blah.. life is not wrapped up in a neat little bow
The wrapping paper is not always pretty, and the ribbon can be frayed, but, when we pray, when prayer is a daily activity in our lives Our lives take on a very different “flavour”, our wrapping takes on a pleasing and uniquely personal “style”
Prayer, faith and devotion are at the core of living in harmony with “Nature”
FYI – Willie Nelson wrote a book with Turk Pipkin. The Tao of Willie – a guide to the happiness in your heart.. On the back cover “Some would call it happiness, but I like to think that what I found is me. that sounds simple enough, but the truth i, it took quite a while to do it….
If only, belongs in the past, it is past tense, live each moment like it is your first (cuz it is)…. and SMILE, S M I L E, S M I L E
Love and Blessings… today, and always
