Aug.10

It’s easier to adapt to something when we find it interesting. No matter how enjoyable a situation is, a slight change in our attitude can make it boring. Let’s face any situation with curiosity and enthusiasm.

Perfect Liberty 2022.10

I walked over, took a picture and moved on.. now I see I missed a moment.. I didn’t stop to take it all in. I was too busy trying to take pictures to share. There was a picnic table there, it was an opportunity missed.

This is why .. one of my exercises in life is to do some restructuring, so I am more mindful. How are you at being mindful and aware?

  1. I’m making an effort to take a half hour walk. It clears the mind and does the body good. πŸŒΏπŸŒ±πŸƒ

    • I confess of late with the heat I’ve struggled in the morning to get “going”… I do.. but it can be an effort.. soon my dear.. soon, September is around the corner. We have Michaels here, I have been in looking at the fall decorations… trying to find a “crow” =^_^=

    Good morning.have a great day.

  3. It is a challenge to be mindful at all times. I try to stop now and again to appreciate a cricket’s or bird’s chirp, notice the clouds, or the way the sun filters through the trees. It is easier for me to be mindful outside than inside for some reason!

    • I tend to agree with you.. I can so easily turn off .. follow a bird’s flight, stop entranced by a song from high in the trees… this morning I had the whole area to myself, there wasn’t another car around .. the sky was clear, it had rained overnight, it was still cool, there were not too many insects… I loved it. waves… xxo
