A drive through a rural area that I had not visited in some time … a breath of fresh air, living in a bustling city with constant traffic, near 4 major hospitals, a baseball stadium, and bustling commercial areas, this was a drive that was soothing and restful. Hope you enjoy the doors that we passed along the way,

I wouldn’t like to be chased by that big guy with the horns!
The fourth photo from the top is strange, isn’t it.
Is it one massive door, or lots of little doors? Interesting!
if I recall correctly it was like a huge garage door … that would lift on hinges, I was taken with the big guy, he looked so casual.. laid back,, but, yeah, wouldn’t want him angry with me…
Fabulous! I love agricultural buildings (and their doors) and their occupants
Thanks Sheree I had a good day exploring …. waves a greeting across the miles.
I bet – waves back
Super !
Merci Christine, it was a lovely day.. a great memory..
I love finding quiet places like this, outside a busy city. It’s funny, but I made the same comment on Sofia’s post from Lisbon. I guess we’re all attracted to the quiet spaces sometimes. I hope you have a lovely weekend.
like a breath of fresh air…
Probably, the owner of the barn, or whatever it is, on the first picture was artistic person. I love the mural on the wall. It is really strange to have something like that in such a place, but it looks nice.
Thanks Alexander, next time you come up this way, take the bridge over to Aylmer and follow your nose north.
Thank you for direction. If I come there, I will.🙂
Beautiful share. I enjoy building in a farm setting. Some doors/structures barely hanging on yet still full of charm.
Thanks Suzette, waves a sunny greeting your way..
Thank you!
Thanks Anita, they were really a great find, there was bridge that ran across a fast running stream… it was a very pleasant outing,
A great collection of rural doors. Thanks for the Anne Murray song! Love it.
it always makes me smile. She recorded it years ago., but I still love it!!
If doors could talk, imagine the stories they would tell. 💫
Very nice doors. I love the little log cabin. It invokes such a quiet still sense.
