When I don’t listen to my body and keep pace with my well meaning mind., the moment comes in a flash. I crash. Then Velcro and I are like buddies in our recliners – chilling!
Remember that learning is a lifelong process. No matter your age, there is something to be learned and there is always room for improvement. Always remember that there is wisdom to be gained from any situation.
Use any result, good or bad, as a stepping stone. All outcomes,whether positive or negative are important experiences. Let’s use them wisely for our future progress.

Happy start to another new week! Enjoy every moment, make it count, today will never come again.
Riding free into the Universe, a fantasy so near, yet so far. The horse so elegant, graceful and unerring in its dance as it races across the lands, passing the many landscapes, gaining speed, till its hooves travel on air into the stratosphere.
I have driven by this sculpture many times. I’ve seen it, but never stopped to really gaze and wonder at its beauty. Why in life do we hurry to and fro, missing so much along the way. How is it that we are blind to the beauty that sits waiting for us to realize, “ITs Presence.
Today,. I saw, today I explored, and now, I know, the creativity and love that went into forging and working the metal into the majestic piece of art that now, I will never forget.
The shortcut to progress is to listen with a humble mind. If you are stuck in your own ways, you will eventually become bogged down. let’s remember to be humble, learning what we can from the knowledge, advice and suggestion of others.

To all our friends in the USA I hope you had a fantastic day yesterday with family/friends, sharing in the joys of sharing and appreciation.
My earlier wordless blog, was a fun snapshot I had, that simply had me smiling at the funny things we do when we are young and not caught up in being “prim” “proper” “lady like” and all the other wordings adults have to reign in the innocent playfulness we have as children.
As we mature, and develop, we soon discover that part of us needs to be held back, or kept in the shadows, because “it” may not be appreciated by others. However, we are who we are, and it is not healthy to always try to supress our “child” or “drama”.. drama is not always negative, it is about emoting and expressing feelings.
When we live doing our best not to hurt or slight others taking care to be mindful, avoiding arrogance and conceit, then the simple pleasure of pure expression, can be fun… silly, and inane. When was the last time you made a silly face? Just for fun

Oh yes, it can start out very bleak …. however I know it will change, with or without Bell Canada and their inability to fix an errand e-mail glitch. Allow me one teensy weenie vent..”the problem has been occurring for months, every couple of days? aahhhhhh… that felt better.
Now the colour is coming back =^_^= I actually got a canvas the other day to explode some colour on. My friend Mollie beat me to it, she posted a wonderful painting in the brilliant colours that have been displayed in her area. You’ve inspired me Mollie.
Myself I have been busy working on Xmas greetings, and little this and thats. Today finally I can go for my flu shot. They have been delayed, altho’ some areas, have had them, many are still waiting.
Enjoy the process and savour it. The feeling you have when you’ve seen something through to the end is awesome, but the true joy lies in the actual execution of the plan.
