Boo night

Pumpkins bump in the night – who will ring your doorbell tonight… have you prepared for the ghosts and goblins that will roam the streets tonight… moaning and groaning the vampires and zombies will stumble and grumble under the moonlight … while witches and elves will sneak up and thrill on your screams of fright.

In most towns and cities in the North American hemisphere there will be weird and wonderful hauntings happening … this will be a week-end of parties and fun,, Whatever you get up to, enjoy!

Don’t hesitate to show kindness to others.

Do you ever find yourself hesitating to show kindness to someone? It is when you put your thoughts into action that you can show other what is in your heart.

Thursday

We’ve all been there, we diligently work on a project, only to have someone come along, and ask us to revise portions of what has been done…. Star’s expression…. you what? you would like me to redo all of the first page. Is one that many today, with the ease of modern computers, can redo easily, at one time, when we worked with typewriters… this was not the case. If you missed knowing that era… look it up!

Bom dia… Welcome another day.

Be creative in your efforts

If something is not going well, take a step back and look at how you are tackling the problem. there is sure to be something you can improve on.

Pet and Cal dancing in the park….

Appreciate the Makoto (Sincerity) of the People who came before you.

Everything we have today was built upon the hard work of our ancestors and the people who came before us. Always remember to be thankful and humble and continue to build on their past successes.

Dancing allowing the music to flow in and around you… letting your body move to the natural rhythms so you harmonize with the world around you is a wonderful way to “let go” of body stress. Q
