Good morning, took many more, but.. this is a sampling, the charm is everywhere. In our walk, we thoroughly enjoyed the parks, what was especially nice was that there were seating areas everywhere along the way for the “explorer” to sit a spell and simply enjoy.

My evening meditation that came in from Japan last night, was something I very much needed to read, and contemplate on. I will share it with you.
It is about Listening. To be honest with others is not to do as they say, but to try to understand their feelings with a blank mind. Don’t listen to the other person’s story on the surface, but listen to the other person’s heart.

fyi. Youth science fiction filmed here in Ottawa. This fall on ici tele and/or IciTou.TV Extra Its called Makinium, stars three young people who live in Mecanopolis a metal town on an almost desert planet.
It was nice to be in the dense woods and not encounter flying insects.
