Dance as an expression of joy , feel the freedom of movement
Your true self is revealed in the smallest of words and actions, Most people act and speak carefully when faced with an important situation. However, it is also important to put your sincerity into the simplest, seemingly minor tasks as well. PL 2011.18

HI my heartfelt thanks to you for your prayers ..your kindness/thoughtfulness and caring is very appreciated. Life is what it is.. one door closes, another opens.. Friends are one of life’s greatest treasures.
Whether you are happy or not depends on your perspective, The things that happen in your life are neither good nor bad, It is your perspective that determines whether the outcome is good or unfortunate, PL 2015.17
It’s important to be assertive, but maintaining harmony is just as important, Say what is on your mind clearly, but don’t be overly attached to your views. Respect the points of view of others and always seek to find a happy medium.
Your cheerful outlook can positively change those around you. When you are always positive and moving forward, you can definitely influence the mood of the people around you and keep things in an upbeat mood.
When you face difficulties start with anything you can do. When you are able to grasp the situation, you will surely be able to notice something you can do,

Sometimes in life we have to step back, and let the world stand still .. allow new possibilities to present themselves.
Doorways, entrances, there is always a certain intrigue ..sometimes more obvious than others. Even at night, we are drawn to buildings because of an entrance/doorway. Some can be very deceiving, impressive and exciting on the outside, but uninviting once inside. Other doors or functional, strong and commanding, while inside there is calm and serenity.
Today I have combined the Thursday Door challenge that I participate in, and pictures of two of the Perfect Liberty churches. the streamline one on the left, is the PL Church in Hawaii, the bottom right is the Ottawa church, standing in front of the main entrance are, Rev Hiroki Matsuki and his wife, Yoshiko.
Reminder today is Ancestors Day, there will be a 10 a.m ceremony, if unable to attend, please take a moment for a short prayer mid morning if you can.
Today’s quote
Give thanks to your ancestors and to your parents. You exist today thanks to your ancestors and parents. Express your appreciation by devoting yourself for the sake of others and society. (PL 2015.11)
Note* In today’s prayers, make time to remember “All” who have touched your life in some way, been there for you, travelled some of your journey. Some may have been strangers, you met and never saw again, but the meeting left a lasting impression. Could be a voice at the other end of line, who when you needed kindness, was there for you. Gratitude and Appreciation are gifts we not only extend to others, but benefit our own lives.

Treasure each moment in time. Life is a continuation of “now”. Treasure each and every moment as it comes, so that you can live your life as fully as possible without regrets.
Avoid having too many “likes” or “dislikes” Whether it is food, people or anything else in life, be careful not to overly like or dislike something. Things tend to get complicated when you allow yourself to be overly one sided,

Rev. Goto recently took the students from the PL School in Japan to the PL church and training center in Hawaii .. he graciously gave permission for me to use this pictures.
There is such beauty, in this picture, yet you can feel the inner energy that lies quietly in a fitful slumber. Human emotions can run deep, one of my Mother’s favourite expressions was.. you should never judge a book by its cover.
Listen with intent, listening is an art. be observant, BE in the present.
Fresh fallen snow, always gives a picture of “new beginnings” – maybe not the best weather to drive in, but so beautiful visually – I am so blessed to have this vista within a short drive from where I live. When I arrived this morning (when picture was taken) the birds were so happy to see I had not been deterred from visiting. No chipmunks turned up, but the little brown and red squirrels bounced through the wet snow to come greet me. What a sight when breakfast was served, the blue jays were first to arrive with their loud enthusiastic cheers they sent calls out to all their ‘buddies”
New beginnings. The Ottawa church of PL (Perfect Liberty) has begun a new chapter, Please join us this Sunday to meet the new minister Rev Hiroki Matuski and his lovely wife Yoshiko. Hirok Sensi and Yoshiko look forward to meeting you. There will be coffee/tea (light refreshment) after the Gathering Service.
When taking on a task, start fresh without being biased or jumping to conclusions. When your thinking is too rigid you will be unable to deal with ideas in a flexible and constructive way, Always strive to look at thing with a fresh mind.
Having a clear image is the first step towards accomplishing your goals. What do you want to accomplish, and by when? The more concrete your thoughts, the easier it is to make it a reality.
