An upside down day … we have them… this might be one of them…
for sure a cut and paste day! Oh EVE Ay!
I won’t want to, but I guess I’ll have to accept responsibility for this day!

Even the animals are feeling the heat. It has been brutal, the storm last night did little to clear the air, the heat warnings are still in effect.
“As a living person, you interact with the people and things around in order to express your feelings. Your life is shaped by the way you express yourself each and every day. Through your daily artistic expressions, you can create your one and only life.
If you ae ignoring these truths and just living half heartedly, going through your daily life not paying careful attention to your repeated actions, you will not be able to lead a full life.
Your life is your very own unique work of art.” (PL Life is Art. members guide)

Call a cab… …. remember when…
I am so thankful to have lived the life I lived. Most of all I’m grateful for the experiences I have faced, the opportunities and the challenges. All of it. It made me who I am today. My world is filled with love and sunshine, and I appreciate that my now is filled with contentment and quiet joy.
Don’t give up! Keep at it until you accomplish what you’ve started. The key to achieving something is to stick to it. If you are able to continue something from start to finish, you will be sure to accomplish it no matter how difficult the task is.(PL2014.5)

Appreciate the strengths as well as the shortcomings in others. Even though you may not agree with someone, complaining about it doesn’t help. Remember, we are all human….. and accept each person for who they are. (PL2019.22)

“Now” is always the start of something new. Leave the past in the past. What is important is “What you are going to do now” Using the present as a starting point, move forward on a path towards improvement and progress. (PL2014.24)

Put all your effort into the “now”. You can only do your absolute best right this moment, not in the past, not in the future, but now. (PL2018.27)
A mustard seed is a very small seed, that when planted it becomes a tree producing millions of mustard seeds. It doesn’t “think” “Oh, I’m really a tree, and I know I can be one, ” Once planted – if properly nurtured, it will just do it. When we believe and have faith that everything will turn out all right, it will be as it should be. The moment is fine, just as it is. whatever that may be.

Where has the day gone, as I sit and ponder the events of the day, I realized the time comes and goes so quickly, one minute it is time to get up and before I know it, it is time to call it a day. I have learned over time to try to live each moment with intent and purpose, yet no matter the day/night, when I actually stop to take in the moment.. I am surprised that much of the time came and went, and I am still looking at NOW.
Do What you can, with what you have , with where you are. (Theododre Roosevelt)
Here is a thought for you… do you agree?
A physical action is necessary to make something real
Your feelings of appreciation become real when you express them. Express your feelings of appreciation by actually saying “thank You” out loud or by doing something to show how you feel. Not only will the person you are thanking feel good, but you will too, leading to better things in the future. (PL2014.210
