Where ever you are in the world, share a smile, say a prayer, be happy!

The skies are full of the Canada Geese flying over head these days, headed for their summer residences, they are everywhere, the honking is loud and constant.
Use any result, good or bad, as a stepping stone.
All outcomes, whether positive or negative, are important experiences Let’s use them wisely for our future progress. (PL2012.10)

The other day I found a temple ruin in the jungle. I immediately thought, wow, what a fun find. It took me back (memories) to the days (years and years ago) when I wanted more than anything to visit Easter Island to explore the ruins and the huge statues that are all over the island. I wonder today how many people actually know of Easter Island, or its history.
In putting up the ruins I found I needed to contact the creator of this build. What a delightful person, I took the time to let her know how much I enjoy her creations, her reaction made my day. It is so easy to take our encounters with others for granted, say what we have to say and move on. I am constantly being reminded how fortunate I am to have discovered a world where I get to interact with people from all over the world and share a smile ( happy moment)
The ruins have an area where people gathered, there is a place to sit where I could overlook the skies around me and the worlds below. In life, I have to live with both feet planted firmly on the ground, landscapes need taming, home needs to be kept in repair, and its important to balance life’s demands on personal needs. *** never give up on your dreams/creativity.***
Don’t give up! Stick with it, as many times as it takes.
Sometimes you want to just throw in the towel and say, “I give up” But, that’s just the time to dig deep and push through. Your sincere effort will invite a good outcome.

Once upon a time, we would see “hot rods” cars rebuilt, and put together from scraps or pieces of metal /other cars. When I saw this picture it reminded me of how today, our lives are impacted by so many outside forces. We are bombarded from morning to night with sight and sounds that are manufactured//man made.. Have you seen a rebuilt car lately? Sundays, it was not uncommon to see families out for a Sunday drive. Is this still happening today? Do you still make time to visit and explore the countryside?
Work well with everyone regardless of their age or position
The opinions of those who are younger may lead to new solutions and we can always learn from the accumulated experiences of our elders.

Good Morning, meet my new young friend, he/she has been coming to see me at P23.. this is a bird who knows me, because in this picture it is right beside me.. hopped up on the log and began to groom. That it is so comfortable near me, I’m thinking he might have originally been at P22.

is now the time to talk about my desire to reopen my erotic art museum…. showcase my creative expressions.

Meet Dentelle, first three pictures from left to right, the end picture is BeeJu, both of these gals are being groomed for a project I’m wanting to expand on. Dentelle was brave enough to try the new Cardboard Avatar that started as an April Fool’s idea for a Designer in SL (Salt & Pepper).. who was joined by other designers, and we now have a growing number of “people” in SL who have adapted the idea.. It has taken on a life of its own.

There is now a group for all of us who have fallen in love with this idea, and these are some of the items in the hunt that popped up. I have the LM for you here if you are in SL http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Astralia%20DEAD%20DOLL/161/118/1177
I use the avatars in my projects for the church as well as my other blogs. The girls are great to work with, always on time, and open to most of my ideas. Salary wise, it’s a breeze, they like being kept in smart clothes (to their taste of course) latest hairstyles and a place to hang.
Someone asked me the other day how old I was.. I was at the cash having a friendly chat about the mushrooms I had bought… on sale the huge big cafe mushrooms… I told the gal I ate them like a radish or orange, just straight out of the package.. no .. no condiments, no sauce, and yes raw.. That had the whole line at this cash smiling and wondering why raw.. I jokingly said, that is what keeps me young.. (of course I’m not “young”)
Then began the… “Oh” “ahs” they were all guessing of course at my age, since looking at me in my “outdoor” gear as my friends laughingly call my “out door” clothes. can really only leave people “wondering”… I avoided the how old are you question, with “in life, my goal is to be happy, and live each day doing my best to keep myself positive and spending time smiling and sharing “happy”.
Today’s PL quote – If you are going to do it, do it joyfully
If you have to do something, choose to do it with joy and enthusiasm. By doing so, you will experience a deeper sense of beauty.

I was told a lot of people went back and bought cafe mushrooms.
If you are in SL please pass this link around, this is a really fun new project. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Astralia%20DEAD%20DOLL/161/118/1177
I used this imagine in my collage yesterday, I don’t know what it is about this time of year, but I simply do love seeing the forest take on “NEW LIFE” … The water will evaporate, the stump will dry up…. the world will present me with a whole new look in a matter of weeks. The birds that had been dropping in for visit over the cold brisk days of winter, have moved on. Occasionally a blue jay will see me and come screaming for a peanut, but all in all, the birds/animals are feeling the delicious calls of “nature” ….
Today is the 21st. in PL, the 21st is a day of celebration, it is a day where we offer our appreciation/thanks. Time to give thanks for the bounty we are presented with daily, for the friendships we share, and especially the gratitude of simply knowing love in our lives. I know love is such a small word with such big meaning.
Be thankful at the beginning and end of each day.
Each and everyone of your actions can inspire peace within your family, your community and the world around you. This peace will eventually help lead to world peace.
PL2020.21
Live with love in your heart… share your gratitude with your family/friends ? Happiness begin within.

A walk of discovery in the rain the other day. I love the quiet at this time of year, the awakening of the forest floor… the miniature ponds where winter snows have not yet evaporated. The falling rain plops into the standing water, creating beautiful little waves that dance and make merry… New growth hungrily soaks it up. I walked the old road towards the research station…. saw the sign that intrigued me when I first started to explore the area…
It is hard to imagine that this was once a thriving country road, with a tree farms, and other country homes. A speed limit of 60 mph or was it after the metric system came to Canada. ? . Change, the only constant in life!
For those celebrating a holiday week-end… may Peace and Glad tidings warm your hearth this cool misty spring morning.
We are each and everyone of us, “different”… we have our way of thinking and our own lifestyles. That is what makes life interesting. (PL2020.20)
