Life is lived in segments. Remember when the phone was thought to be the greatest of inventions. A voice from across the miles, would bring cheer, maybe only once a year. At Xmas, everyone would gather around the phone, and wait eagerly to speak to the relative, or friend who lived far away. It brought everyone close.
What time was spent with someone else was precious, not taken for granted, it was appreciated and remembered well into the years to come.
Spend today enjoying the sunshine, create your own. If you skimp on a painting, then your painting will not turn out well.

PTSD Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, we have all heard of it, many of us deal with it in our lives in some way, friends, family, neighbours, work mates. Usually someone somewhere, in your sphere, knows of, or has someone who has had to cope through a crises. We know the weather patterns are changing too.
So many voices, so many schools of thought, everyone has a different reality. Why are some worlds lived in monochrome, and others vary in degree of colour. Life simply IS.
Same planet, different longitude and latitude perhaps, sometimes it is the same place in time and space, yet the people involved are scrambling for harmony and balance in a world that can be chaotic at times, there is order in the Universe, but we, the human species, is often out of step.
This time of year can be very hard for those who are coping with a bout of December dis”ease”.

Yesterday with the azure skies and dazzling sunshine, it was anyone’s guess just where my day would lead, without a care, I let my spirit roam. I soon found myself on a highway headed south-west. Crossing the 416 I knew I would stop for food in Kemptville. Taking myself out is always a surprise. A&W and fries, and lots of cold water. yum.
Happy is different for everyone. Find yours today. Every day is a new opportunity to find and express, appreciation, and gratitude for the “happy” in our lives.
Did I spot something in the field? No, I caught the moment. For me it was joyful.
