      thanks Gail… the ministers told me how to cook the smelts I had.. with potato starch etc. then they make a sweet vinegar sauce for it. it was delicious when they gave me a sample at the church.

      I thought to try it this morning, I lack your “touch” I burnt them black and filled the house with smoke… yeah I did… disaster!
