The woodland creatures are waking up, the fresh invigorating breezes are ruffling the colourful leaves, you can feel the crispness creeping in… the skies are a brilliant blue, with startling white clouds lazily floating and drifting… creating delightful panoramas. Drives along open roads with farmlands sprawling on either side of the road, interspersed with woodlands that are waving a multitude of bright red and zesty yellow and oranges are beckoning, The world is a kaleidoscope of brilliant colour.

Experience the joy of Change
It is truly amazing when you look back at yourself this year compared to last year, or today, compared to yesterday, and realize how much you have improved and changed.
My joy today was that when I drove to the trail, there was no sign of the turkeys, I called them, and three of them came at my call. I had not been there since the spring… I was most impressed. The picture here was not from today I haven’t transferred to my desk top the ones I took today.. however, I wanted to show you my “babies”… they do make me smile..
A little late today, but .. I woke with a desire to visit the woodlands… so I did.
Do things in moderation
Whenever you overdo something, you will lose balance in your life. Express yourself appropriately without being overly attached or detached.
Sharing our faith – Shingei – in PL we practice the philosophy of PL in our everyday lives. PL Precept #21 Live in Perfect Liberty. We call this “shingei”. We truly believe that being present and open to the “needs” of another .. sharing and helping when we can, is how we work with Makoto (sincerity) towards world peace.

How was Montreal? We didn’t get into the city we stopped on the West Island for lunch and ended up staying on the West Island. The colours on the drive were awesome..
Wow,,… I got the most amazing rush when I had my first taste of these battered lotus root (frozen ready to eat after cooking)… if you can find them, give them a try, I got these from an Asian grocery store… (I cooked them up in my air fryer)(8 min)

A Door, doors are built to allow us access to a building and then to leave it. While we are inside, we are protected from the elements and the world outside.. The door is our method of returning to the outside world and the chaos and cacophony that is forever trying to invade and influence our “Quiet “‘
The door comes in a wide variety of colours even shapes and sizes, the dictionary says it is a “a hinged, sliding, or revolving barrier at the entrance to a building, room, or vehicle, or in the framework of a cupboard.” I have seen doors that are imposing and others that are just sturdy and practical. Think about it … where would we be with a door.?

Thank you everyone for your wishes… September is a month of celebration for sure … I think this is the first year in a very very long time I have actually worked.. September was a month of travelling, and exploring. ahhh but.. you have all heard me say, time and time again… Every day is a new beginning.

Are you alone? Deep in the forest, there is a magic that permeates the air, if you take the time, to sit quietly and allow the natural sounds of the nature around you to visit with you… the merry sound of meandering water over coloured pebbles is joyful as it slides with ease over the multi faceted rocks and gurgles joyfully as it brushes against and through the water ferns and stalks of vegetation that lines its banks.
Always there is something to discover, Know that all around you, there are eyes watching. You might not see who/what is watching, but…. your presence is not unnoticed.
Start by doing the things you notice.
It is impossible to do two things at once. Let your intuition guide you and start with what you can take on now.
