Wontons

Freshly made wontons, brought home and made a wonderful soup. on the left, stock is being prepared with bone broth, mushrooms, onion, garlic, ginger, and fresh cut sweet onion, with corn cut from the cob. I used part of the wontons for lunch, then the last of the wontons I made another soup for dinner.

Today the 21st. we celebrate Thanksgiving (Day of Appreciation) service at 10a.m. Japanese Curry on rice after!!

Let’s all take a moment to say thank you… for all the blessings in our life.

Let’s live with gratitude toward everyone and everything all day today.

HI. you got something for me today? These cutie pies have been visiting at P23, a friend who walks there daily got this picture of one of the little ones. I miss being out for my outings every day.. but with the moves, selling/renting etc. there has been no time.

Needed a break from the heat, humidity and at times rain.

Every day is a new beginning… I remember taking this picture, the day was cool, crisp and invigorating. Hard to find that these days, it has been scorching.. uncomfortable and heavy.

In the PL Prayer, there is a passage “ all humankind who are brought to birth in accord with your Creation are endowed with individuality and intelligence to live an artistic life, for the sake of the world and for the sake of humankind.”

Let’s set higher goals and work to improve ourselves.

Let’s work towards our goals while keeping a clear vision of what we hope to achieve. Your strong conviction and Makoto (sincere effort) will help drive you towards accomplishing what you set out to do.
