Bom dia

There are some memories that will never leave us. We are reminded many times a day/night what a joy that “energy” brought to our lives.

When we have the opportunity in life to share time and space with an energy force that loves unconditionally – we hopefully will learn to echo that characteristic and live learning to practice love and kindness in our daily lives.

Start by thinking “this is interesting!”

Even when you’re dealing with a difficult situation, it is important to find something interesting about it. From there you will be blessed with wisdom and something new will come out of it.

fyi ..Rockhound Gemboree was a total delight. I attended a lecture on the oldest dinosaur found in Alberta… saw some amazing displays and came home with a few treasures!

Today is day for some quiet reflection. I scrolled thru some of my pictures .. taking trips down memory lane. Found some doors I’d like to revisit.

Life is what it is… I learned a long time ago…. even side by side looking out at the same view, no two people will ever have the same experience or see the same thing. But I learned in my lifetime, that in being true to myself, my journey is blessed… how about you?

Put your whole heart into everything you do in your daily life. Your true self will shine through

It doesn’t matter where you go .. how you do your hair, wear your clothes, you will always be YOU. Clothes, makeup, hairstyles will not change the person you are, It does feel good to dress up, and it is fun to try different outfits, but always, you “person” is the YOU you woke up with and will be with you when you turn off at night.

Was a month yesterday, I have been living in an apartment, what a change, and what a blessing. I learned how valuable friends are, and how life without them would be very empty. Friends are precious gifts.
