Happy start to another day! It is Thursday, the week has flown by. Already we are celebrating the 11th of the month. Ancestors Day.

Appreciate the Makoto (sincerity) of the people who came before you. Everything we have today was built upon the hard work of our ancestors and the people who came before us. Always remember to be thankful and humble and continue to build on their past successes.

Nothing can take the place of good friends, they make you smile, save your bxtt when you think there is no end in sight and give comfort just in being who they are. I feel humbled to have such amazing friends.

When we pray for our ancestors and the people in our lives who contribute in our daily living, genuinely infuse each moment, with gratitude, giving thanks with all the makoto you can muster.

Good morning, Bom Dia – Saturday

Making your way through the maze of details that need attending after an accident of a vehicle.

Insurance, claims, adjusters, customer service, sales, research collecting data, processing data, yada yada yada.

It is not a disaster, it is an opportunity for me to review my performance abilities, and use my creativity to unravel and get through the experience, one step at a time. Most important is that I do my best to meditate on what I can do differently, or what I need to work harder on to improve my skills/tools so that it doesn’t happen again.

Always be true to yourself in your words and actions. Strive to make others happy with a sincere heart.

I came across the above photo this morning. I enjoyed revisiting it, so I am sharing it with you. Some expressions of mine.. I enjoy at the time, they are calming and relaxing when I am working with them… then… fickle as I am.. I move on. Each step leads to another. So maybe not fickle, maybe it is more, I let go and go forward. I just finished several small requests for greeting cards, I enjoy doing them, I sit myself down, focus on project cards. When that is done, I put the card making supplies away and return to my art journals.

Sage sentiment. Follow your heart while thinking of the happiness of others.

I know it is impossible to be happy and full of glee 24/7, but I do so enjoy thinking of you all living in happy states of mind.. Productivity, creativity and accomplishments filling your days with rewarding moments of pure satisfaction. Positive and loving energy to all. Share a smile today!

Afternoon greetings, boa tarde!

When I got up this morning, I felt rested after a good night’s sleep so I decided I would do a few errands close to home. I knew or should I say hoped that I would hear from the adjustor or the dealer about my car. At nine I prepared to leave expecting to be back in a couple of hours tops.

The day was clear, a little overcast, and not too cold. As I prepared to leave, I decided to change my footwear, from sturdy walking shoes to my gum boots. ??? why I had no idea, since I had no plans to be out of the city. But.. went with my instinct and put on my Bogs. They are comfortable after all.

All good plans and planning were for naught. Circumstances were such that instead of coming home, the adjustor called me, when I was less than 10 minutes from my street. The towing company would not release my car without my authorization. Even though I had given them that previously, it was not enough, they wanted me to sign a release form because I had personal items in my car.

The pound as they call it, was WAY out. Not a little out, but a long way out. When I finally got there, it was all mud, not just a little mud, but deep rutted thick squishy wet mud that sucked anything that dared enter the grounds. YAY THANK YOU GOD!!! I was wearing my boots.

In PL we are reminded over and over, to trust in that inner voice, The Universe works in special ways. I drove home with gratitude and appreciation that with time my faith has devloped and I believe.. PL Precept # 11 Always be with God,

Yes it was a frustrating at times, but I did it, I got what was needed done. Thank you thank you thank you, to all of you who care and watch out for me. I appreciate you all.

Good morning all, Bom dia

Day 19 of the PL Calendar If you are going to do it, put your whole heart into it

Your degree of seriousness will affect the outcome, Your daily accumulation of effort toward your goal shows just how serious you are.

My latest journal pages reflect the various interest I have in the world of Yin. I search the rows of books, catalogs, comics, artworks for ideas. I never know how a page or series of pages will end up. I let my creative muse direct my energies .. colours and subject matter change with each new day, even from morning till evening hours, my inspirations can and often change.

But whatever I am doing, I do my best to put my whole heart into it. Living the PL way, one lives with Makoto (one’s utmost sincerity)

Katana DC collectible 3.7.19

Historically , a Katana was traditionally known as a Japanese sword, used by the samurai of ancient and feudal Japan. However, my Katana is a DC Bombshell collectible. Her real name is Tatsu Yamashiro and her superpowers – martial arts intuition artistic intuition, and enhanced swordmanship. You can of course read more about her on the net. In the comics she is sometimes a teenager… But mine is grown up, ageless =^_^=

butterflies and fly Why Katan, DC and Marvel have dozens and dozens of characters and possibilities. It was actually my niece who gave me the idea. She herself had recently picked up a Superwoman. That brought back memories for me when I was growing up, Linda Carter was the blue eyes beauty who played her in the series that was on the telly.

I related to her super powers and her dedication to good, and the service of her abilities in helping others.
