ho ho hope!
Good morning everyone… the season is on us. Songs on the radio, a special channel devoted to the music of the season. On the telly we have the Hallmark channel already showing their “feel good” movies. What about us, you and me, the marketing departments, the promotions, adverts, they are all prepared. In the States I guess it will happen real quick like once their Thanksgiving is over. No I don’t usually speak this way, (real quick like) but I liked the sound. The keys flowed with a rhythm.
It is early, but the snow machines are out, I can hear them rolling down the sidewalk. In some way, form or another, we have started to think of how we will portion ourselves up to be with friends, family and loved ones. On a personal level, we are not companies that can delegate and assign different tasks to various departments to reach a goal, we have to do it for ourselves.
In a conversation recently it was suggest that I be the adult and this meant in the situation we were discussing, that I should be more responsible myself. and take action accordingly. Had me wondering just what it means to be an adult. We (as parents) were the ones rushing around getting gifts, hiding them all to make “others” (we hoped) happy an surprised on Xmas day. But……………………. what about us, the individual, what is it about being an adult that sets us apart, from the ones who have dreams and wishes. Why are we responsible for making others happy.
In PL we believe that each and everyone of us, is responsible for US. If I cannot make myself happy, how can I expect someone else to make me happy. Be true to one’s SELF. We live a moment and we move on. Also we want others to be happy and we do our best to open our hearts to them. That is why we pray for the guidance to enable us to be a “good person” and to do our best for others and society. Adult or otherwise*, these are the teachings of PL.

Thursday doors
Good Thursday morning all. Three of the pictures were taken by a friend in Michigan, he is a very kind and talented individual, he knows of my “passion” for old buildings and doors”. The bright Xmas door is my latest find from the Dollar Tree (stores located here and in the States)

We had a great meeting yesterday at the Doll Club, even managed to raise some money for the House of Lazarus in Mountain. (food bank) Remember to give when you can.

Being considerate of others is just as important as what works for you. Always be mindful of the situations of others not just your own. To have a good relationship with those around you always think of what is important to them too.

The early morning light, was not going to get any brighter, yet I found the sight of the single tree still standing with its crisp mantle of dusty orange leaves, appealing.
I found today to be beautiful, it was moody, it was stirring, most of all it was full of expressions waiting to be discovered.
Appreciate the Makoto (sincerity) of the people who came before you. Everything we have today was built upon the hard work of our ancestors and the people who came before us. Always remember to be thankful and humble and continue to build on their past successes.

Voices in unison we prayed, heads bent in reverence and respect for our loved ones, and those who came forward and went into battle to keep us all free from those who would do us harm.

Good morning, look I am up and awake, maybe not yet raring to go, but I am getting there. A change in my routine, and voila, still up, fed the dogs, making breakfast. Hey! (very Canadian) just like the good old days. =^_^=. Looks like I will still make my exit from the house to run errands at about the same time. Wow I am learning first hand, when you role with change, it can be exhilarating.
Use any result, good or bad, as a stepping stone. A;; outcomes, whether positive or negative are important experiences. Let’s use them wisely for our future progress.

well hello darkness
Its dark outside, and in my world it is late 11:19pm. Because it gets dark so much earlier now, the time snuck up on me. I don’t remember actually being up this late, in a long time. I’ve been busy working and doing some of this and that, and…oh my gosh… I saw the time. The dogs gave up on me some time ago, both are sawing logs, or off chasing rabbits in their dreams.
Everything that happens to you is material for growth. Approach everything with firm belief that, “it will turn out for the best” Anything can be used as material for progress and development.

I wonder if at midnight I will be like Cinderella… and loose my glass slipper. Life is interesting, I can remember when I was just leaving to go out at 9 or 10 pm. LOL you guessed, it was a LONG time ago. Maybe staying up this late will mean I will be taking a later train into dreamland.. ohhhh what surprise awaits me.. fun! (likely to meet up with a different “crowd”) I get very good storylines during the night’s adventures. =^_^=
The new day will begin soon enough. I wish you all a great start to the week-end. Use your creativity and positive state of mind to have the sunniest day ever… Change always allows for a fresh start.

Doll 1. I am so uncomfortable, the human couldn’t get me to sit up, so she lay me in this box.
Doll 2. well! have you not noticed she dressed me and left me without a head.
Doll 1. Oh! I see now.. I don’t think mine was put back on right.
Doll 2. My feet are cold, where are my shoes. My outfit is incomplete. You have shoes!
There is always a cause behind every result. Good things and bad things can all be traced back to the cause. Once you discover why things turned out a certain way, your outlook will change.

Neither doll has taken into consideration that they just arrived, and their owner is trying her best to figure out how, for doll #2 to put her head on. and for doll #1, when her head was assembled, for some reason, her balance was compromised Research is being done, and soon they will be as right as rain. Meanwhile neither is left naked and in bubble wrap. Shhesh! Got to love them tho’ yes?

Do you make an entrance? Are you confident about your look? Does it matter how you dress?
Do you have more than one persona? Can a shy violet succeed in the corporate world? Are you the person we see?
In real life we don’t look like avatars or dolls, our expressions change every passing moment. There is depth in our eyes, with or without words, we can make known dislikes and pleasures. Humans interact, it is part of living.
Success is achieved by working in harmony with others. If the people involved in a group cannot agree with one another, things do not progress. When they work together as one, they can move mountains.

An artist can create an avatar, but the avatar is only pixels, it is the person behind the avatar that brings the avatar alive. Dolls come in every shape and size, today I must have seen dozens of dolls and not one was the same as the other. How they were dressed, did go a long way in projecting personality.
In the questions above, there is no right or wrong answer, we are all capable of astonishing feats, and brilliant ideas. Each one of us, has at some time been a different person. Why. Because, we interact with other individuals differently. Look around at your friends. Each one, brings out a different “something” about you.
