having fun =^_^=
Thank you everyone for your kind wishes, and the healing healthy vibes you sent our way today. Meeting was a good one, surgeries will be early December. Approx. 2 weeks apart. There will be a lot of scheduled planning done. The team of doctors practitioners, therapist and educators is impressive. They work together to keep us informed.
Your prayers and ongoing support is very appreciated. Thank you. We feel very blessed.

I waited and waited , but didn’t want to miss the moment, so snapped. The human I guess gives it a flavour. The place was busy, being a mid Friday afternoon, I was lucky. The sun was so bright, it out shone the lights on the decorations.
Happy Saturday everyone! Remember, feelings of appreciation, only become real, when we express them. ………thank you =^_^= yes, YOU, to each and every one on you who share my world.

Hello on Thursday! This is the door I’ve tried to get to for the last month or so. I remember when this house was occupied and the welcoming decorations that adorned the door in years past.
I chanced the drive up the long drive way, but no… there was no way I could closer or move the brush to take a clear picture of the door. Such is life, it looks like the homes on the next door lot have also been purchased, and are being left to… waste away as the weather does its work on them.
Eventually the contractor will come, tear them down, some new buildings will go in, condos, or another type of multiple family building, with little to no green space for the children to play. It is happening all over, I’m sure not only in our city.
A door was often a welcoming part of the home, during times of celebrations, or events, they would be a place to decorate, with festive colours and maybe even a banner. Welcoming guests, just being plain neighbourly. People know their neighbours, children played with each other, learned about how each lived. Learned to respect and enjoy another’s culture if it was different from their own, and even if it was similar, no two families were carbon copies of the other.
My doors today, have had life take over, and are no longer the symbol of welcome they once were. Please, visit Norm 2.0 for his blog and a link to other Thursday Doors
Does your door open to new possibilities, on a regular basis?
Every day we are blessed with new opportunities. For a healthy life, it is our responsibility to keep our passage way/doorway uncluttered.

PL Precept #7 Everything exists in relativity.

The fun of starting something new, is that one never really knows what it will end up to be. what I showed you yesterday, and this today, are beginnings. Like one would sketch an idea, I am using fabric. Already when working this piece last night, I could see a glimmer of what I was NOT doing, that I think I will try when I continue playing,

When we look at a visual, it leaves an impression, that our gray cells will process in different ways, over the course of minutes, hours, days, who knows when what you saw, will reclaim a moment of your “now” to present itself in a different way.
Whatever your medium, photography, paint, ink, text, fabric, if you are expressing yourself, through a visual, the colours, patterns, shapes and textures that impressed themselves on your psyche will show up. Some colour combinations will never draw my attention, because, my “personal” makeup is drawn to shadows/light and colours that are attractive to me.

This is one of the reasons I love life, and find it so fascinating. I “see” the world in such a magical way. I loved this picture, didn’t know why till I got it home and saw it on my PC screen. When I took the picture, it was instinct. Now all I see is the wild animal preparing to chow down. =^_^=
Beginnings never have to end. Love the choices you make in a day, embrace the adventure of life. Appreciate your friends. Life IS.

shadows cast a spell
allowing me to see
the world in your eye
when the sun moves on
you will be gone
I won’t forget, but
your location
I won’t tell
your secret is safe

Q
Shadows cast their imprint on the forest floor, not looking up, I wanted to read the storyline that played out on the fallen pines and organic debris that carpeted the way
autumn sun was high in the sky, so that the filtered light cast beautifully defined lines against the rusted shades of brown and grays that lay textured, the perfect foil for the images being projected for our viewing.
PL Precept #1 Life is Art.
How we creatively interact with the challenges and opportunities that come our way, if we were to see them only visually, it would be like the shadows shown above. dynamic and static meeting as ONE.
