‘NOW” is always the start of something new
Leave the past in the past. What is important is “what you are going to do now.” Using the present as a starting point, move forward on a path towards improvement and progress.
Today I am doing something “new” I have booked a FST session at Movati (Fascial Stretch therapy). Want to know what that is https://youtu.be/Zvjy2muf35U?si=xOGv-c6pm5-5UB3M
Till soon.

Hello from Europe… welcome… come on in.
Value your intuition.
When you suddenly have an “a-ha!” moment, or a thought pops into your mind, it is God sending you a message As soon as you notice something, you should act upon it right away. (PL2014.19)
WE are able to enjoy this post this morning, because a wonderful technician spent hours removing a nasty virus from my PC. I am so blessed to have friends with gifts/talents that are just out of my skill set. Thank you Wes.
Ron who is exploring Europe. shared the doors with us.
For those who have asked for info. on the ride that took pace last week-end, I’m working on it.. it was in doing research yesterday that my PC was blind sided with a nasty virus.

I always come home from a different direction, the other day, I came from the west end of the city, which meant that I saw a part of my yard I don’t usually see. Look! I had roses in bloom!!!
Your surroundings reflect your state of mind. Everything that appears before you is a reflection of your state of mind. If you work to improve your mind and actions, then what appears in the mirror will also be well balanced. (PL2015.28)

Stop Hesitating
It is more natural for you to be direct and say what is on your mind. Holding back or hesitating is unnecessary (PL2017.27)
The other day on my drive home I saw more than one tree starting to already display fall colours. A sign of what is to come. Fall in this part of Canada is a cornucopia of colour, weather turns a brisk fresh air, with early morning snaps of very cool air that warms to a balmy energizing sun filled day leading into enjoyable star filled nights. Each day is a work of art.

The joy of expression is in the process. Of course results are important, but let’s not lose sight of the true joy that be found in the actual process. Face every task with wholehearted enthusiasm. (PL2012.2)
