The other day I had parked the car.. gotten out.. wanted to stretch my legs. People are not out and about. I had the empty road pretty much to myself. I was enjoying the moment when I was pulled from my daydreaming by the sound of birds on a mission.
There was no stopping them, they had clear blue skies, the temperature was mild and filled with a promise of a new season.. Babe they were flying high, and loving it. I realized how lucky I was to be out there in the fresh air,the warm sun lazily teasing me out of my jacket… Living life is a beautiful awesome feeling. Do not squander your days/nights…
No one can take away the joy you get from putting your whole heart into something. The joy you feel when you’ve put your all into something is yours and yours alone. Nobody can take that away from you.
Where-ever you are, who ever you are, life is precious, put your whole heart into everything. Express your individuality. When you put your whole heart into expressing yourself, your true beauty will shine through.
The waiting, the feeling of being abandoned. Not trusting our loved ones, family, friends, with our fragile state of mind. It happens. Everyone, at some stage of their journey faces uncertainty, anxiety. That feeling that you are alone.. it’s real.. to YOU. it is YOUR reality.
Only YOU can turn to your inner self, reach in past the clutter and debris that has shaped this isolation. In Perfect Liberty, we are given the tools and the support to help us, find our way.
PL can teach us how to correct our negative mental habits to improve our state of mind in order to live a healthier and happier life.

Over the holidays I read prose, poems and thoughts that expressed, the reality of feeling alone in life. Gave me pause to think about my own life, my memories, and the people who have come and gone over the years.
nights of contemplation
There were days, nights even weeks, when I was lost in a dreamworld of my own. Questioning the emotion of love, of loving being loved, What I have learned over the years, is forget about expectations, they are your journey and no one elses. Two people can stand in the same room side by side, and not see the same things at all.
In PL, we are given the tools to realize that the person we have to love is ourselves, only in knowing who we are, and our needs can we share them with someone else. Unconditional love is not easy. But I believe it is attainable. To know sadness, you have had to know happiness. Being human is not a flaw, it is a blessing. To experience life, we have to let go and welcome new energy.
Everyone wishes to be happy and lead a happy life. In PL we can experience true joy and happiness when we are able to freely express our unique individuality )Makoto) in each moment of our lives/
Even thought you may have put your best effort into doing something, you still may have made some mistakes. That is why it is important to always work with a prayerful mind.
Be happy, live to spread happiness and joy wherever you go – people will think you mad, but oh how divine it is to share a smile with another being. A dog wags his tail enthusiastically when you say hello, the cat, rushes to snuggle and purr in your arms. ah there is an unspoken bliss when we are harmonizing. Try it. You may like it.
PL Principle 21 will live in true harmony with the world around me.
Bom dia…

Does anyone know where that expression comes from? Nope not me, it is just the phrase came to me, and won’t go away. I certainly didn’t fall out of bed this morning, but instead of my usual, I think today I may be more like garlic.
Maybe it will be a salad kind of day?
PL calendar day 10
Everyone has their own unique personality —- Each one of us possesses unique qualities. Let’s accept and respect one another.
Good morning, bom Domingo I’ve pulled up this picture again, because when I look at it, I feel a calm. It reminds me of something that I just can’t put my finger on. *magic* I imagine small dainty like figures in white flowing chiffon gowns, garlands in their hair, twinkling laughter floating through the air, while they whirl and twirl to some imaginary music, that is unheard with my earth-bound hearing. Is it an enchanted circle, could be,.
I will be doing special prayers today, for members, their families and you my friends, near and far. When sharing with you, the enchanted circle is within reach, we will bid farewell to the summer that was, and fly happily into the next chapter of our lives.
Love, appreciation & gratitude that is shared, is a true blessing indeed.

Go in peace today, feel the spirits of the Universe carry you forward in a halo of light.
Bom Dia, Saturday has rolled around again. I thought to share some of the colours I have captured in the last few weeks of roaming
Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. I couldn’t resist driving over to the other end of the parking lot to discover the myriad of colours I could see.
I am sure everyone was wondering what this elderly lady was doing behind the liquor store with her camera. But I was having fun, and isn’t that what life is all about.
The other day I was trying to explain that I am not a photographer, but an artist that uses her camera to capture textures and moods, that I can reuse, recycle into one of my expressions. Whatever right.. it is my fun, my hobby, and I love it. Just like I enjoyed trekking the harvested cranberry fields the other day in the rain.
Theses are trash bins I found in Chinatown the other day. My son and I had a philosophical conversation last night about life. It is always interesting to listen and learn from someone who has a different perspective on life. We take turns in being the grown up. LOL today’s PL Calendar, says it all.
Day 27 Put all your efforts into the NOW. You can only do your best right this moment, not in the past, not n the future, but now.
