When you think “I’ve got it” think again. It is so easy to misinterpret the situation and jump to conclusions. always have a humble attitude and double check to make sure.

It is important to say “Thank You” Everything that appears in front of you is all material for you to improve yourself, whether its food, people, or things. Learn to accept everything whether it is something you like or not.

In PL we learn that everything happens for a reason. It is how we accept what happens, our attitude, and the steps we take to deal with the opportunities offered, . Change begins within ourselves.

To many 7 is a lucky number. There are numerologist that believe 7 is so perfect and powerful that it represents a connection to the Universe. It is usually very positive, ie. happiness, renewal and perfection. 7 = heaven,
Another definition of 7 in numerology, is that 7 stands for both deep and wise. Asking questions, researching, listening, and sensing are all special skills that 7 uses in its search for awareness.
Here we are today is the 7th. day of the 7th month.! It is said and I lean towards this, that number 7 leans more towards an intellectual approach to life, rather than an emotional one. Being a Virgo, I like it can be an analytical number, it enjoys gathering and filtering information to find an answer. or answers. =^_^= Powerful intuition, you bet!
Take on the task even though you are busy. You are busy because you are needed. Actively, positively and creatively juggle your time to fit the new task in.

the body’s message loud and clear, STOP, don’t move, lie down, close your eyes, focus on your breathing. Let the swirling debris of sediment settle fill the cracks, and allow the mind time to regroup and fall where it may.

STOP trying to introduce brilliant, vibrant and chaotic energy into the reality of NOW. There is a world of discovery at your feet, stop looking into the distance, there is a whole world to be discovered and rediscovered.
With all the negativity of late in the press, media and being spoken and conversed about…. my brain needed a change of venue.
I have a very special friend, who in introducing me to the America he knows, sent me a video that stirred my emotions and left me wanting more. I searched YouTube and found this video by Ann M. Wolf. I would like to share it with you. please feel free to pass on having a look, if it is not of interest to you.
https://youtu.be/9-Lf9WTiawQ This is a video on the flag folding ceremony of the flag of the United States of America. It was done as a dedication to Honor Guards and the fallen from across America.
Church service today is at 10 a.m. and I believe that Reverend Eugene is going to try to send out a video of same.
There will always be a way. If you persist and be creative without giving up, you will find solutions that you had not considered before.

Where are the words. A lot of green. Blue open sky. Potential danger lurking in the vegetation. Crystal clear spring water. Overwhelming intake of visual woodland, rock, calcium deposits on dried moss, dense brush and over growth, poison ivy, snakes, and wild life that watches, waits, a sudden cloud, drops of rain, too much input on a mind that needed to zone.
I may have to work on today’s lesson.
Live radiantly as the sun. Strive to always be bright and cheerful so you can enliven those around you,

a moment in the sun
I close my eyes tight
the moment will not disappear
physically there is no disappearing
my body is heavy
the sun is hot
I feel caught in the moment

my restless mind is stopped
I feel the shade across my face
yet I am in the warm embrace
of a moment that won’t go away.
the heat, the moment
transports me to another time and place
moments ARE forever
they can never be relived.
good or bad
in that moment
you live, the past, present
and yes, the future
the shade will shift
with each breath I take
for my sake
I want the moment
to pass, and let me wake
another day, for
another moment awaits.

PL Precept #18 Each moment is a turning point.

raw white honey? butter? crab meat with garlic mayo? creamy almond butter? First time to use my made in Italy pan I found at the thrift the other day. You can’t see it, but the outer pan is lazy baby blue.
Be thankful at the beginning and end of each day. Each and every one of your actions can inspire peace within your family, your community and the world around you. This peace will eventually help lead to world peace.
