Dentelle

Meet Dentelle, first three pictures from left to right, the end picture is BeeJu, both of these gals are being groomed for a project I’m wanting to expand on. Dentelle was brave enough to try the new Cardboard Avatar that started as an April Fool’s idea for a Designer in SL (Salt & Pepper).. who was joined by other designers, and we now have a growing number of “people” in SL who have adapted the idea.. It has taken on a life of its own.

I use the avatars in my projects for the church as well as my other blogs. The girls are great to work with, always on time, and open to most of my ideas. Salary wise, it’s a breeze, they like being kept in smart clothes (to their taste of course) latest hairstyles and a place to hang.

Someone asked me the other day how old I was.. I was at the cash having a friendly chat about the mushrooms I had bought… on sale the huge big cafe mushrooms… I told the gal I ate them like a radish or orange, just straight out of the package.. no .. no condiments, no sauce, and yes raw.. That had the whole line at this cash smiling and wondering why raw.. I jokingly said, that is what keeps me young.. (of course I’m not “young”)

Then began the… “Oh” “ahs” they were all guessing of course at my age, since looking at me in my “outdoor” gear as my friends laughingly call my “out door” clothes. can really only leave people “wondering”… I avoided the how old are you question, with “in life, my goal is to be happy, and live each day doing my best to keep myself positive and spending time smiling and sharing “happy”.

A quiet time .. time to regroup, refresh, we need “ME” time.. to digest and organize our thoughts. A time to reflect on all the GOOD, the POSITIVES in our lives, we do have them, it is unfortunate that often we allow ourselves to get caught up in negative energy. The scrambled and chaotic energy seems to be all around us. It is our choice .. and ours alone .. on how we accept and deal with challenges/opportunities that come our way.

Whether you are happy or not depends on your perspective.

The things that happen in your life are neither good nor bad. It is your perspective that determines whether the outcome is good or unfortunate.

You will feel better when you take immediate action

Things have a way of getting more complicated when you procrastinate. Work on taking immediate action and you will discover many ways to tackle the situation.

Sometimes it feels like the whole world is happening around you. What is the saying, dance like there is no one watching. Music is a medium that brings people together, no matter what has been going on in your life, what drama has played out during the day, when you can sit back and just relax with the magic of a melody/song, let your mind and thoughts disappear into a world that transports you to another level of awareness. Mind altering. If you are lucky enough to be able to hear live music, and share that experience with others… it is a musical wonderland. Positive energy! Personal journey!

In the beginning love holds so much promise. It takes work and dedication for a relationship to flourish. The everyday things you do will show when it really counts. It doesn’t help to over think situations … be proactive and change how you see and do things in each situation.

Be true to yourself. but be aware of how others feel, be open to listening to another’s thoughts…. be willing to discuss, and consider all options.

I am an avid explorer in the virtual world always searching out good locations to film/do photo shoot in, I was sent a site location yesterday by a fellow photographer from France.

I’d like to show you my experience while touring the site he sent me, I took the solo flight. It was an amazing journey through space, the artists who created this experience were spot on.. It is a meditation in itself.

I spent time with a small fierce falcon yesterday. He/she and I had a staring contest, he could have been as curious as I was. My cell phone capture the bird enough so a friend could identify it. I am using a picture found on the internet.

The Merlin is a small species of falcon from the Northern Hemisphere . Bird of Prey it is fast and goes after song birds and shorebirds. Falco columbarius
