I am alive and well, =^_^= I have been turning my cell off in the evenings, Yes off!… I go to bed … have one last check to make sure I have not missed something.. then hold down on button and shut down. Yay! Freedom! No, no land line. when that cell gets turned off.. I am truly in my own space, with no notifications, incoming messages, di naDO!

Be a person who can recognize the sincerity of others. When you put your whole heart into things, you will be able to notice the sincere acts of others in the subtle things they do, and appreciate them that much more.
In life this is exactly how it IS. My picture earlier showed the above formation from a different angle. If you and I stand side by side, and look at the same pile of rocks.. we will each see something different. Yet we will be together, looking at the very same sculpture. We will share that moment in time, but our memories will be different. Our interpretation of the moment will be unique. You and I… being individuals, how we interact will determine our compatibility. That is why sharing and being open to another point of view or understanding is so important. We need not agree, but at least we “listen” and are open to “possibilities”
Live today filled with enthusiasm. Life is an accumulation of the efforts you make, day by day. Live keeping in mind that “today” only comes once and live your precious life to the fullest.
You will find joy when you immerse yourself in your task. When you face your tasks with a can do attitude, you will be filled with enthusiasm and inspiration.

I looked for more pictures thought maybe I could find one with my knee high white leather boots… and psychedelic dress. LOL you were spared, no more pictures turned up.
You kidding. I wouldn’t know what to do if I had one now. Same as I no longer drive a stick shift. We change with the times…. I am grateful for all of my life experiences.. In PL we do our best to live in the NOW. Being present in our day to day .. means, we truly get to live each precious moment that comes our way.
No effort is ever wasted. Even if no one witnesses your actions, God is watching you. No matter how small your efforts, your Makoto (sincerity) will always be rewarded.
Be thankful at the beginning and end of each day. Each and everyone of your actions can inspire peace within your family, your community and the world around you. This peace will eventually help lead to world peace.

Had a wonderful “SPECIAL DAY”. my wonderful friend Eartha spoiled me, doing all the driving. We headed towards the Military base, taking side trips along the way…. all the while keeping the Ottawa river in our sights.
A “time out” day.. perfect in every way. Thank you for all the well wishes, and the birthday greetings.. I feel very blessed.. without you all … life would not be the same… Thank YOU.
In celebrating life today, I give special thanks to all of my friends, family and people I meet everyday for making this world such a unique and wonderful place. Recently said goodbye to a very special woman, altho’ have /had never met her personally, I know her son. Knowing him has brought new dimension into my life. Our friends do this, they bring us face to face with our own vulnerability and our coping mechanisms.
They are there for us when we didn’t even realize that we so needed them. Life would be empty without the “family” of friends and acquaintances that touch our lives regularly. May all the richness and blessings you share with others, return to you 100 million fold.

Had the beach to ourselves, I made time to sit and pray. I reflected on my last year, and my coming year, my friends, how my life has changed, and where life is taking me. I am grateful to each and everyone of you. The interactions differ but the one constant is LOVE.
