Pumpkins

Good Morning Everyone, yesterday had me visiting a pumpkin display at a farm stall in the east end of the city. Festive colour even though there was a strong suggestion of a rainy day ahead.

Life takes us on many journeys. Some are more pleasant than others. You have all gathered by now that I am a bit of an October junkie. What with the changing colours that surround us as all the hardwood trees start showcasing their fall wardrobes and the stores awash with Halloween decor … its a fun festive time and it will only get better as the Holiday season begins… starting usually in early November.

You ready!!! I don’t know how many times I’ve heard Thriller in the last few days…I actually spent time dancing to it last night… Not kidding.. between that and Monster mash… I’m sure my body thought it was having some kind of “nightmare”..

Skies

Good morning, I began my walk yesterday with a quiet determination to get at least 1.5 to 2 miles. Do my best! Skies you can see where having a field day displaying clouds that were full of attitude. It was a holiday here (Canadian Thanksgiving) I expected there would be a lot of activity … so I got myself out early enough to beat the crowds. Luck held out, as I came back to my car, I met my first humans walking their dog, within seconds another couple appeared. by the time I reached the parking lot, there was hardly any parking spaces left.

What a blessing to have had the “world” to myself for awhile.. I found beautiful treasures, and took in the fresh air… ahhhhh it was simply divine.

When you are not having fun, could it be because you’re being lazy?

Sometimes you feel blue or can’t seem to find the joy in doing anything. At times like this, just get up and move your body or work your mind to the fullest extent.

Life is filled with moments, sometimes happy and at times inconvenient. It is important to first accept every situation as it occurs and try to accept and understand it for what it is.
