Pippa is a whippet I met Instagramher owner always posted such happy pictures of her. It was so appreciated a the time, this was back in 2017 /2018, at a time when a smile and someone’s creativity brought me many smiles whenever she posted a new picture of Pippa. We never “always” know when something we do, brings a smile to others. (permission was given to share these photos)
Be creative today, find ways to bring happiness to someone else (others).
Always be cheerful, happy and good-humoured. When you make effort to be cheerful and happy, you will naturally begin to feel that way.
broken, or … roll into eternity once there was a strong bond that with years of wear and tear compressed into a band of steel so tight,so unyielding that when time began to erode the composition the reason for its existence started to fade only the inner knowledge that once the fire that had forged that band was slipping away. Soon when the dust returns to dust the band of gold that once shone with meaning will disappear .. into the eternity of time and space and we will no longer be, you will be free you always were you know cages are created by the human mind sadly when love is caged, it dies. be free, love again this time .. it will be forever. Be thankful to your parents and to your ancestors. You are here today because the “torch of life” has been continuously passed down. always remember to be thankful.

Remain true to yourself… never be afraid to express your true feelings.
Live expressing your own unique self in your day to day life. We each are given our own duties and roles in life. Take the time to find what makes you unique, and you will be able to live your life expressing your own individual beauty.
Is there a sound to grief. When a loved one dies.. leaves our world leaving us to adjust to continuing on the journey on our own. No one told me of “grief attacks”or the immediate excruciating pain that can be triggered by a “memory”
I was not told to expect exhaustion and disruption, I was told that early grieving is perhaps the hardest work you will ever do.
Without your former companion, you no longer have a “mirror” to reflect back to you who you are and what you want in life. Now only you can furnish the answers by getting to know yourself.
-Dorothy Edgerton, ( learningto live alone)
We experience so many emotions after a loved one passes, when we think surely life is leveling … we are hit with an ongoing echo.. of loss, pain, and a fresh waves of grief.
Grieving requires an enormous energy, but pretending that you are not grieving requires even more.
It is important to say “Thank you” Everything that appears in front of you is all material for you to improve yourself whether it i’s food, people or things. Learn to accept everything, whether it is something you like or not.

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE NEVER GOES AWAY -it transforms from season to season. You may not always see or hear it. But like the steady beating of your heart, it lives within you and permeates all of you, forever and always

A big thank you to my friends/family and love ones, who are reaching out to me. I love you. This moment of tears will pass.. Love heals.
How many of us still remember the old diners. My friend above, has recreated this wonderful old diner, and a pizzeria that was fun to visit the other day, while two old friends caught up on how the past month or so has affected their day to day.
This is a good time to catch up with old friends, loved ones we have not had the time to visit with … or even call. Now that some of us have a bit more time on our hands.. reaching out becomes a special moment in the day.Gets us out of our own “hum drum” and interacting and renewing friendships.
You can become more attentive with prayer. Live your life with a prayerful mind so that you an be more attentive and make the people around you that much happier

I saw this tree – lying there supported by the under growth. My first reaction is to go in and pull it away from the younger trees, the newer growth. I would have had to have my work gloves with me, and proper footwear, but at another time, without the dogs with me. I would have attempted to rectify the situation.
Years have passed in my life, and I now recognize that the “solder” is down, and my limitations are what IS in that moment. Nature will deal with the situation, and in her own time frame, with the assistance of the “world” around.. either workmen who come in to clear, or the animals in the forest who jump over or trample a path nearby.. the aging process… decay.. whatever, it will heal itself. Life does that.
I need to take care of me, and look more at what my needs are. What I can do something about. See the tender young shoots that are breaking through, eager for a new season of growth. Even though the day was not perfect for sunny pictures…. my camera captured, what WAS at that moment, and for me that was “perfect”
Take on the task even though you’re busy You’re busy because you are needed. Actively, positively and creatively juggle yur time to fit the new task in.

I would like to take this opportunity tho thank my readers, friends, and loved ones, who share this journey with me. Without you. Life would not be the JOY it is. You are my “blessings” I so appreciate you.
Don’t give up! Stick with it, as many times as it takes
Sometimes you want to just throw in the towel and say, “I give up” but that’s the time for you to dig deep and push through. Your sincere effort will invite a good outcome.

there are many paths we can take, choose wisely
We must not, in trying to think about how we can make a big difference, ignore the small daily differences we can make which, over time, add up to big differences that we often cannot foresee.
Marian Wright Edelman
I couldn’t wait for success, so I went ahead without it.
Your smile energizes the people around you. A smile has the ability to put others at ease and give them energy. Strive to be the first to offer a smile each day to those around you.
It is a wonderful day, the skies are a dull gray, with the promise of wet clouds and lots of humidity and rain. Taking out the recycle to the curb I couldn’t help but look down at the empty street, both ways, the garbage bags all neatly sucked into the curb waiting for pick up. Green recycle bins stand erect little little soldiers waiting to be relieved of their waste for composting.
Yup another day in the city. Ah we will have the postal worker delivering today, (no delivery on week-ends here in Canada). Smiles at all her readers, can you just feel the excitement of “expectation” … this will be a really interesting day, and it will be fun and meaningful. Look it is has already begun, I am having morning coffee with YOU.
On a more serious note, we have people in our lives that are undergoing surgery today, dealing with medical issues, anxiety. Whatever their concerns, let us join together in prayer … I will do special prayers today at 10 a.m. Eastern. IF you are available to do so, please join me in a prayer of healing. Let us expand our spiritual energies into sharing the burden of worry with those around us.
If it is Star Wars Day, then for sure.. Let the force with be with you .. now and always.
The everyday things you do will show when it really counts. If you have a tendency to be careless about everyday matters, you cannot expect to perform well at crucial times.

Sometimes the pieces of your life will fall smoothly into place. Even so, there is an edge to every piece of the puzzle, how it fits, can be seamless, so that you really barely know that it was an individual piece .. now that it is placed it becomes part of a greater/bigger picture. Yet within the picture it will always be one piece of a whole, and that whole will have its own edges.
Are you a person who likes the safety of being part of the puzzle, or do you want to be the puzzle.
