Distance is an illusion when it comes to “friendships”.. in this age of “internet” we have discovered ways to share thoughts, visions, stories, and .. list is endless, we have much to be thankful for.

Good morning. I thought I’d share with you my breakfast nook. When I arrive and park, I enter the woodlands where you see the big rock, and the path divides. My feeder tables are down the trail on the right. When families come, they stop there to watch and/or feed the birds. With the forecast for heavy rains, starting up this afternoon and lasting into tomorrow.. warnings are of record rain, and possible flooding! I took myself off there this morning to top up the feeders. As many of you know, being out in nature, listening to the birds, and basically just being with them.. is very therapeutic.
Good or bad it is our mirror. Sincere expressions invite good results, but insincere expressions can lead to unexpected trouble.

With the lock down just a few days away, I forced myself to get up and out early enough to miss the regular shoppers. After dropping off a bag for the food bank, I began to shop for the next couple of week. Unusual for me is soup… lots of soups.. I’ve lost my appetite, for whatever reason, I don’t seem to want to cook. The last two grocery trips, have seen me stocking up on canned goods. Yes even veggies! Me, who always wanted fresh so I could steam and cook them just the way I like them. I now have cans of veggies on my counter waiting to be put away. OK selective, I only like a couple of standard veggies … at one time I would have turned my nose up at any canned vegetable. Preferring if not fresh, than frozen.
Age, the pandemic, isolation, whatever it is… the desire for a fresh salad, or a steamed side dish of broccoli or cauliflower has poofed. I’m opening cans of French style green beans, or south western kernel corn and eating right from the can!!!! how gross is that. I even got tins of mixed peas and carrots. I grudgingly have to admit, at this time in my life, I’m enjoying them. repeatCold right out of the can. Thank goodness my Mother is not around to read this, and if I’m lucky my sister will not read today’s post. We all have to adapt. Breakfast is Irish oatmeal with buttermilk and some banana.

Be a person who can recognize the sincerity of others. when you put your whole heart into things you will be able to notice the sincere acts of others in the subtle things they do and appreciate them that much more.

Turn your intuitions into actions. appreciate each intuition you receive and take action right away. By doing so will invite good fortune.

The faces one must deal with, when planning on going out without them
Put your whole heart into everything and express your individuality. When you put your whole heart into expressing yourself your true beauty will shine through.
They lean against each other, enjoying the moment… each with his/her own thoughts.. knowing the weather is changing, wondering if they will last the winter.
It is important to be assertive, but maintaining harmony is just as important. Say what is on your mind clearly, but don’t be overly attached t your views, respect the points of view of others and always seek to find a happy medium.
With gratitude and appreciation in our hearts, we say goodbye to a man who touched our lives in a way that with his passing left us with a profound grief, yet filled with a joy that his spirit will be with us always.

Perfect Liberty – Precept #1
Oshieoya-Sama (Master Takahito Miki) lived the PL Way, and through his example, we (each and every member) benefited. We said/say goodbye, but it is only at the loss of his physical presence, for he will live through the teachings of PL. PL teaches us that every day is a new beginning.
We must continue to strive to live as ONE with the Universe, and work towards World Peace.
We are all collectors of one thing or another. This is another one of my “passions” It is part of my “love” of wood, and things old and rusted.
When taking on a task, start fresh without being biased or jumping to conclusions. When thinking is too rigid, you will be unable to deal with ideas in a flexible and constructive way. Always strive to look at things with a fresh mind.

Take on the task even though you’re busy. You are busy because you are needed. Actively positively and creatively juggle your time to fit the new task in .
Funeral service will be held in Japan Holy Land, December 8. at 11:a.m. for us in Canada, that would be December 7th 9 pm.
With gratitude and appreciation in our hearts, we pray. We will continue to practice the teachings of PL, to live peaceful and joyous lives, for the sake of others, society and world peace.
We will hold Sunday service as usual tomorrow, as scheduled. 10:a.m. Eastern Time.
